Ordered on the app, 5-15 minutes to be ready, drove to the store and waited in the parking lot until the order said ready (20 minutes after ordering). Go inside only to wait 15 more minutes for NOT ONE SINGLE person to say anything to me. Could see my food in a bag just sitting on their back counter. I finally get someone to say they are waiting on POT PIE. FOR 40 MINUTES.
Food was ice cold. Didnt get the pot pie.
I advise corporate to shut this location down or at least higher sone competency.
Girl taking drive through order was making rude gestures to the computer while a lady was taking an order. The three kids “cooking the food” talked about video games the entire time and could hear their convo.
A joke. If the owner is reading this… YOU should be embarrassed by the reflection of your store.

Poor customer service and horrible management. Sat in line for over 30 minutes with one car ahead of me and the order wasn’t even right. Part of the food was cold after waiting that long. Had to go in after being told to pull up to wait on fries. Sat outside for an additional 15 or more minutes and then I had to go inside to ask for the fries and there was a girl working the front counter who was very rude making faces at two girls in the lobby who were clearly her friends and had no place hanging out there! Clearly she had no business working there because she was standing there doing nothing. I hope the owners read this because somebody needs to know how they’re running their store. Completely ridiculous!

Currently waiting 30 at the drive thru and still haven’t ordered. 3 cars in the parking lot. Too much time invested to leave. CRAZY! 1 door dash, 1 drive thru. Is it really that hard when it’s not made to order. Last time here and I live just down the road. New Albany next time. Got here at 3:55, now 4:37. Shut her down.

Stopped in a 3:00 waited 10 minutes and no attempt to take my order. Another customer came in seen nothing was happening upfront and left i decided to follow her lead and leave too. If you can’t acknowledge a customer that’s in there by themselves for 10 minutes you shouldn’t be in customer service.
