Ordered at drive through, and repeated/verified order at the pickup window. I usually always check orders, but this one was very simple, or so I thought. Got home, both orders wrong.
I drove back and went inside. Not so much as an apology or anything. They even attempted to just replace the correct chicken in the same boxes until I said I wanted everything fresh.
Then a Mexican girl walked up with my bag and threw it at me on the counter and stated “there you go”! Very, very rude!!
I ask to speak to the manager, who along with the rest of the crew there, are perfect examples of current generations. No apology, very rude, no customer service skills whatsoever! He/they acted as if I was inconveniencing them!!

Let’s start with the water now costs the same as a soft drink , if you want a spork you have to ask for it , napkins I’m guessing is something you’ll have to ask for too .
There we sat at a park with no way to eat the mushed potatoes and cole slop plus no way to wipe our hands from the chicken grease.
I haven’t been to a KFC in like 20 years and it’ll be at least that long till I go again.

Terrible attitude. First of all, if you close your dining at 830 when your sign clearly says 9 then post it! I craved KFC and the colonel would have given it. Your staff at the corydon location clearly are having a nasty day because their attitude reflects it. Go stock shelves with attitude not serve chicken at KFC then lock the doors when customers walk up to you. How have a bad day somewhere else. Even when ultimately going through the drive through same girl had attitude. CORYDON KFC manager, please put your drive through lady through customer service training. I went through at 8:29 ticket 2051

Been dining in here at this location for a while now and out of all of my visits nothing seems wrong, Clean inside of all the tables and the food seems to be standard. Also the customer service is good nothing screaming red flags or anything. Definitely continue to come to this location.

If I could do zero stars I would order 10 pieces of original chicken got home and took lid off and could smell the burnt over cooked. I called and she said she was the manager I told her it was burnt smelled and over cooked she said they were having issues with the fryer and if I wanted to come up and get replaced lol I asked her why they would even serve it that way and said it looked like they haven’t changed the oil and asked for her name I was calling corporate then she hung up on me then took the phone off the hook the rest of the evening

Horrible customer service. Ordered crispy, clearly got original. He told me he knew what I ordered and for sure it was crispy. One piece in the bucket was crispy. All the other were soggy and soft. Asked for a refund which they don’t do. Brought the chicken back up there and he preceded to tell me it’s crispy and it’s from being in the bucket. I got my other bucket of chicken just for it to be pretty much the same. Took no initiative to make it better or right. One piece of chicken was the exact same piece that was in the other bucket.
I won’t be back.

Clean & modern interior, but very small buffet. Disappointed by lack of corn which is typically always a staple on KFC buffets. I also missed the spicy label on the chicken and got that by mistake thinking it was extra crispy. The label could be more clear especially since it looks so much like extra crispy.

Dropped my son off at His mother’s stopped by KFC in Corden on the way home to New Albany. I ordered an eight piece meal only to come home and have six pieces of chicken. I called him and the guy says, “ well I guess you should’ve checked it before you left.”
Duly noted,,, check your quantity Before leaving this store. Now I have to go back out and get 1 meal to eat because they didn’t give me what I paid 4 and I don’t have enough to feed my family. That’s not included Mr. rudes sly remark. I’m just thankful I’m not who I used to be. He should be too.

The food was good. But by the time I drive back up there for them to fix my order, the crispy chicken was soft. I love KFC. I just wish they would get the orders right. However, they fixed it without questions. So they are still good.
