This place has really went down hill. So if you want some really good chicken at a better price shorter wait and nicer people, check out the marathon gas station right next door. It’s great. I hope kfc corporate takes control of the issues at this one.

Apparently I am not the only one that thinks Brandon is rude, every time, and I mean every time, he works it is the same thing when he is there. Before I even open my mouth to order, he is screaming bear with me it’s going to be a while, and I’m the only car there. He is always out of chicken, or someone just wiped him out, or do you want to wait an hour, an hour? Some times 10 min, some times 20 min. The last 2 days he is calling himself Serena, dude we still know it’s your rude voice. We are there about every other day, ordering the same simple thing, yes it’s 2 chicken breasts for our dogs, but why should that matter. When he is not there, the others do not run out of chicken. Brandon you are not funny, down right annoying, rude, and it’s getting worse. If you hate your job, find another one. Your employees do a far far better job than you.

Terrible supervisor. I ordered 5pc nuggets combo and they gave me a 4pc chicken combo instead. I pointed it out, the sever at the window apologized, told us to pull forward and that he would bring the correct order. The person who took our order/ supervisor came to the car wanting to charge for a new order. He then became very rude and disgusting when I refused to pay for the order that he messed up because he cannot follow instructions. So Don’t go to this KFC. Very unprofessional and very rude.

Never met anyone as rude as BRANDON, KFC I hope you can find nicer employees because this guy is absolutely awful! No wonder why this KFC is never busy. The service is terrible, if he hates his job so much he needs to find a new one.

I come from a generation that understands hard work and what it means to stand on the other side of a fast-food counter. That’s why this experience was so disappointing.

My order was supposed to be ready at 5:00 p.m. so I could be home before my husband returned from work. I arrived at 5:02 with my daughter, expecting to simply pick up my food and leave. Instead, I walked in and saw my order sitting on the back counter, already paid for and getting cold. Despite trying multiple times to get someone’s attention, no one acknowledged us. Meanwhile, car after car was being served through the drive-thru, while we continued to be ignored. I finally was able to leave with my PAID for and made order at 5:25

Something needs to change in your restaurants if you expect KFC to succeed with today’s customers. I have already stopped going to the Bryan KFC, and after this visit, I feel it may be my last time coming to yours as well.

I don’t know how you plan to regain what has been lost, but it’s clear that genuine customer service and connection with people are badly missing. Until that changes, no coupon or free meal will fix the problem.

Literally every time I come here I have to pull forward and wait 15 min. Every single time. And I’m the only one here. So, you mean to tell me there’s never anything ready? The people that work here literally never know what they are talking about. There is one employee that knows what he’s doing. I will not be back any time soon.

Worst customer service ever. The lady that brought out my food was horrible. I called talked to Brandon the GM. His reply; she is having a bad day. I dont care you dont treat your customers that way. I will not go back and I’ll be sure to let everyone know!!

HORRIBLE!! The chicken was dry AND SOME PIECES WERE DOWNRIGHT BRITTLE!! I’ve never been so disgusted. Was seriously looking forward to a tasty dinner…not from this KFC! I don’t understand why anyone would even think a customer would be pleased with the quality of the chicken they personally put into that bucket. THEY HAD TO HAVE SEEN HOW OLD AND DRIED OUT IT WAS!! Best advise: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I’ll be returning tomorrow for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous!

I give KFC in general one star, I placed my order in the app, was charged twice. When I got to restaurant they never received my order. Was on the phone with corporate for a half hour for them to say there is nothing they can do. Got my bank to remove the charges and 10 minutes later the restaurant got my order.

There’s one guy, Brandon, when he runs the drive through that is extremely rude. Rushes you, huffs if you need a minute. We have left the drive through without ordering many times due to this person. The chicken is hit or miss, especially the bowls. We go to coldwater over this location .
