With as much yelling, cursing, and sitting around their staff does. You would think this was a bad area. Sitting there 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and everybody is talking and yelling instead of doing their job. Do better I always used to come to this kfc now I probably won’t ever come here again just because of the young employees you guys have in their with supervisors that don’t do their job either.

Came to pick up my mobile orders at the drive-thru window and was told they were out of the chicken tenders and the young lady asked if I would like to replace it with regular chicken instead and I said it was fine, then she turned around and said they would just throw in some fresh chicken tenders instead so I said okay whatever at this point since it was getting late and I was getting hangry. I was told my wait would be just about 5 minutes for 6 chicken tenders and to pull around to the front of the store and someone would bring out my food orders to me. 5 minutes turned into almost a half an hour later and I couldn’t figure out why smh. I had to pull out of the parking lot to go back to the drive thru window to pick up my mobile orders. Evidently they had forgotten about me with the look on their faces when they seen me back at the window and what got me was there were no cars or any customers around. Also they forgot to include my requested sauces for my chicken tenders but okay lol. Please pay attention when you are having your customers pull around to the front of the store for fresh food and do not forget about them is my word of advice to management. Also I must mention that my Famous Bowl order was lukewarm so therefore it was not fresh at all. Do better otherwise this place will start going downhill if it isn’t already!

I would leave a 0 if I could. We waited almost an hour in the parking lot for them to give us someone else order. Once we finally got ours. We were missing items. We had to go inside twice, and waited an additional 15 minutes for them to give us our missing item. They didn’t even have it done.

Never have too many issues at this location but this to me was definitely on the worse tenders were over done so not fresh messed up side on both my husband and my meal.
Very disappointing this time when I called they only wanted to fix 1 thing not the rest.

Last couple times here, they had me pull around from the drive-thru to the front of the store and I had to wait for over 20 minutes for very simple orders. This most recent time, my order was missing a chicken finger and when I had turn the car around to go back in the store they were hesitant to even give me an extra tender for having me wait so long for an incomplete order. I’m sure the people are nice though.

Not that this review will make a difference, but customer service was lacking during my last visit. Felt like my food was slung at my in the drive thru, on top of all of my items not being included. I basically paid extra for nothing. Trash.
