If I could give it zero stars I would. Ordered the twister wrap that comes with two chicken tenders. This is what I received. Called to complain and the lady argued with me about it. Very disappointing. Not worth the $30 I spent on dinner

My last few visits here have been just horrendous. I tried to give a few chances thinking maybe a bad night , but wow tonight was the worst and final time here….ordered a large potato wedge, received a small that wasn’t even 3/4 full. No dips with all the nuggets ordered, Most were ROCK hard and tiny!!! Wonder how old those were…yuck. Decided to try the cheese curds for the first time, those were a huge miss!!! Super small, dry hard small amount of cheese blown out of each one, a couple had no cheese. Totally pathetic. Drinks were not sealed either for this visit of doordash. No straws. Only thing great was the starry drink and pot pie. Wish you’d do better at this location….such a shame when you spend hard earned money and are left hungry and pissed off after a long day of hard work delivering packages in the cold and snow up to my knee caps for people who dont even have pathways cleared. I just wanted a warm nice meal! FAIL

6pm on Saturday. Out of pot pies. Out of extra.crispy except dark meat. Not making more for night per lady at drive thru. Guess this is why this place never has a line. No food. Maybe sales would improve woth friendly service and maybe have food at dinner hours. Never going back to this terrible run location.

I spent $72 on 24 chicken strips. They were small and dry. One large coleslaw that filled up the bowl halfway. Four biscuits and a large gravy. For what I paid the food should have been much better than this. Will not be back.

The slowest Fast Food place I have ever been to. I was the only one in the restaurant and it took 20 minutes to get 5 Chicken Nuggets. That is a completely unacceptable wait time. Staff was talking most of the time. No sense of urgency from anyone working here. I spent nearly 1 hour here for a simple meal. I’ll never be back.

I use to love KFC. I got a 12 piece today and was the worst I ever had it was so greasy I couldn’t eat but a very little cause it instantly started messing with my stomach and the wife wouldn’t even touch it . There was a 1/8 of an inch of grease in the bottom of the bucket. So basically I wasted $30 just to throw it in the trash. Never again KFC close your doors for good !!

I had to laugh. I had a large order, and it came in an aluminum pan so when I got back to my group event, there was no KFC bag, etc., and everyone was saying “wow, where did you get this, it is so much better than KFC.”
The national website for catering orders is a mess, but the woman at this store helped me navigate it when I went to the store in person to put in my order since I was unable to online. My order was correct, ready at the time promised, and the chicken was excellent.

I am incredibly tired of ordering from anywhere but I ordered online just 20 min ago if that and I put fries and got potatoe wedges. For the last 2 weeks anywhere I order from any town keeps messing up. Its not difficult and ive worked fast food so believe me im not just being a Karen im fed up. I get it but COME ON!!

The chicken was dry and old, almost like the chicken sat in a heat chamber all night. They had been open for an hour. The mashed potatoes were dry & crusted… layers came off, so I asked them to remake them & same problem. The employees seemed mad when I came up to them. We sat inside & all tables were dirty. I love KFC, but this location is AWFUL. Oh, & to top it off, the manager was complaining about everything OUT LOUD for customers to hear & even said “what is wrong with people today?”
