Went there today around lunch and first got the wrong order in the drive through and had to go back inside to tell the worker, granted she made it right. I got home and I’m now convinced they serve old food.
Lunchtime, you think the food would be hot or at least not cold and rock hard. My tenders were cold not even warm to the touch and the bun to the sandwich was rock hard and won’t budge. Photo attached.

In this store, they do not serve customers well. They just spend their time smoking and do not provide adequate attention. For those who come to pick up orders, such as DoorDash, Uber, etc., they leave them waiting for more than 15 or 20 minutes for an order.
I give them only one star because you can’t give them less.

I don’t know where this manager came from, but when I called to say half of my order was missing, and I paid extra for white meat. The BOGO 3pc. I only received 1. It was thighs and drumsticks. It was disgusting and super greasy Couldn’t even eat it, and gave it to my neighbor (who normally would eat anything), and he said that it looked disgusting. I was told that I would get a $9.00 refund. The BOGO was $15.+ each. Got only one. It was all dark meat and was ice cold, not the Uber driver’s fault, that is how they gave it to her. Called the manager today, he said it was Ubers fault, and could have cared less. Don’t order from this location.

Don’t waste your money. The first time I came here they were out of chicken wings; ok, no problem. The next time I came, they had the wings, but they need to cook them. I waited 20 minutes for undercooked, wings, and old stale potato wedges. Tonight I got fresh wings and they were great accompanied by hard old french fries mixed together with some fresher fries. Half soft half hard and disgusting tasting. I will never be back.

I was hankering for some fried chicken. I had the sweetest cashier/server: Lamika. I had an odd request and she fulfilled it graciously and with a smile. Also gave me the best pricing she could offer for the odd request. This was drive-thru so ate at home and as always, chicken cooked to perfection.

2025 Update: I’m updating my review for this location as I feel that they’ve really turned it around.. today I had the spicy wings and wedges and thought everything was great!
2022: I’ve never gotten burnt chicken at a KFC before, so there’s that. Also, the gravy and/or potatoes tasted like menthol cigarettes smell. I’m still not quite sure what to make of that.. and I have no idea if it relates to the workers what were outside smoking.. but I won’t be coming back.

The people that were working tonight were so sweet, they made my night! I ordered ahead so it was fast but the food was still warm. Great experience overall and thank you to the team working tonight l!

The floors are so slick my son went to stand up and slipped on the greasy floors. You can’t order at the counter it has to be at the kiosk, then it takes 20min to get your order. This place desperately needs a management overhaul. And a sense of urgency.

Chicken was dry and seemed like the oil was not changed. My child’s Mac cheese looked old and had green beans in the bottom of the individual container I ordered him. The drive through workers are not that bright you have to repeat your self about 3-5 times before they actually type in the order correctly.
The food definitely was not fresh. The workers can’t multi task or take a simple drive through order on the 1st try.
