I was highly disappointed with the lack of service I received. I placed an online order, for pickup, to be picked up at 10:31AM. The order was for a 36 piece nugget with a few sauces. The order placed fine, my payment went through fine. When I arrived at the restaurant, exactly at 10:31 AM as the app directed. I went through the drive-thru. When I told them I was there for an online order, I was rudely told, “Well we changed our store hours, we don’t open til 11 now.” To which I replied, “Oh the app took my order and said 10:30, should I just come back?” To which I was told, “Well we haven’t been able to change our store hours online yet, corporate has to do it.” “And if you look at your device, it should show your order cancelled.” Which was a shock to me, as I had literally checked it, as I pulled into the drive-thru. So I said, “Oh you cancelled it, so should I just come back at 11?” They responded, “well we’re actually open now, our new hours haven’t happened yet.” So why they ever mentioned the time change to me, I don’t know. Or why my order was cancelled if they’re literally open. So I said, “I need to order the 36 piece nugget, and that’ll be it.” To which I received a loud huff followed by, “You can’t order that here, you’ll have to order that online.” I was shocked, but still friendly, I mean I’ve been wanting to try these nuggets all week. I said, “Ok I’ll be back.” I drove around to a parking spot, placed an identical order, and waited the allotted amount of time. Onward to the drive-thru, I said, “Hi again, I’m picking up my online order.” A curt, “pull up” followed. I happily arrived to the food window. Finally the warm nuggets were within reach. The window opens, and I hear, “You’re going to have to pull up.” Window slams back shut. My mouth agape, I’m certain of it, pull up.. pull up. It was now nearly five after 11. I had been here over thirty minutes. But I pull up, and wait, and wait, and yes wait some more. Finally at 11:23 my nuggets are handed to me. I pull quickly into a spot in the shade. Open the bag, no sauces, no napkins, no happiness. The nuggets weren’t hot, they were wet from sitting in there box, and bag apparently just sitting in the restaurant. While I waited. Did they forget I was out there? Did they hate that I ordered so close to when they open? Or do they just have zero customer service experience. Whichever you pick, I am still left very disappointed. Definitely won’t be rushing back to KFC any time soon.

The service was far from friendly, they forgot a multitude of items including drink, sides for the kids meal and sauce for nuggets. The tea tasted like it had been sitting out for days. We I’m initially tried to go in an easy, website said 1030, another customer went through the drive and was told 11 doors still not unlocked at 1115. Just an extremely unpleasant experience that will make it difficult to return for awhile.

Ordered chicken nuggets, didn’t know they were super spicy (to me,) I don’t do spicy. KFC Graciously replaced my order with non-spicy chicken strips at no cost to me!! Yes!!! Thank you KFC. ❤️ I only had to drive back across town, oh well. It was a pleasant drive.

We ordered online and the wait was way longer than the 5 minutes it claimed it would take. Went inside and waited about 30 minutes expecting them to call out our order when it was done. We saw another person go and request their order and they went and got it from the back. So I went and did the same and got my order. Who knows how long it was actually done. I’m not sure how they saw us waiting for 30 minutes and didn’t even ask what we were waiting for?

Don’t take my word for it. Try calling them once. See what happens. Place messes up so much they don’t even answer phones anymore. Place is ran by a bunch of no offense people that can’t even understand simple terms like I’d like a 2 piece add a biscuit. Ok 20 dollars please. How’s it 20 dollars when a 2 piece is only 7 bucks. Oh cause you added a biscuit. Oh 1 biscuit is 13 dollars? Ok keep your trashy food. This place is not a restaurant, it’s a day care. Please learn to treat your customers better and stop stealing from people! The economy is bad enough as it is!

Ordered a 12 piece bucket with three sides macaroni and cheese, green beans and coleslaw. The chicken was over done and very dried out. The green beans were horrible tasting like they contained vinegar. The macaroni and cheese tasted ok but was also dried out. The biscuits were hard as a rock. However the coleslaw was good.

Should have known better when I saw there was no one in the parking lot at 6:00 pm on a Tuesday, 12pcs family meal 44 bucks for dried out chicken that has been under a heat lamp and cold mashed potatoes. Biscuits we’re like hockey pucks. Place won’t be in business long. Save your money go to Lee’s it’s worth the chance of getting robbed going into Lima.

1 star is generous. Ordered 4 meals for my family. Only 1 meal was accurate. The sides were not correct. Chicken was small, hard, and dry. No sauces that were ordered. No silverware. No honey. Biscuits were like little hockey pucks. . . . Best part of the meal was the beverage. Kids meals were absolutely pitiful looking.
