Idk who runs this place but they definitely need new workers I get it people go thru things but to have a job n just be rude for absolutely no reason cause ur having a bad day or whatever the case may be there’s no need to be rude being kind can go along way I had ordered a 5 pc meal n it was just down right horrible I asked for a refund n had to wait 20 mins til they had got ahold of the GM to see if I can get a refund so I’m like well do y’all have any fresh chicken at noon mind you lunch hrs no reason they shld not of had chicken n she tells me 20 mins Smh chicken was so dry n overcooked had to be the chicken from the night before 6 people walked out with no food cause at 12 pm lunch time she tells everyone 20 mins if not longer

Tables were dirty, Didn’t get my order right at all and the mashed potatoes are obviously not real. These are powdered potatoes and they couldn’t even get them right.

Went midish day, Joseph took and executed my order perfectly and handled the to go i was also grabbing as well amazingly, the crew even handled the car behind me while I waited for 2 orders and got them done and out quickly! I even got butter and honey for my biscuits without even asking and I always forget to ask!!

Jeannette did a great job and had amazing customer service, even though they were super busy got a 16 piece family bucket of chicken, macaroni and cheese, potato wedges, a side of curds, we’re also trying every dip they have, but when you were heading home, we realized they forgot a couple items, we had to head back to the store. Which then they apologized for cause they were busy.

I just used to love KFC, but over the last year their quality has really declined. The mac & cheese always has burnt clumps in it and It don’t taste right
The chicken in the bowls are literally squares with light breading and it’s just weird and don’t taste right either. They changed a lot of things terrible bring back the old recipes.

We had it delivered. Good time. Chicken pieces were small and dry. Mashed potatoes had to much liquid in them. Too expensive for the quality of the food.

You know I give up on this kfc location, it feels like every time I come here I get disappointed even more than the last time.
For 2.85 cents a piece of chicken you would thing you will be getting a perfectly finger licking good chicken, NOPE…. all you get is a soggy half cooked chicken with batter still raw in the middle, turns my appetite upside down and I just stop eating and decide to throw the rest to the dogs.
I highly would not recommend this location to anyone.

Last night we got KFC 8 piece bucket, 6 wings, fries & coleslaw.
8 piece was like boiled chicken that batter was literally in the bucket not in the chicken.
6 wings was stiff like they were old & stale.
Coleslaw was whatever.
Fries were fresh & tasty.
I was very disappointed coz I haven’t had KFC in such a long time 2years actually so I was looking forward to it & it wasn’t good at all.

I was highly disappointed with the lack of service I received. I placed an online order, for pickup, to be picked up at 10:31AM. The order was for a 36 piece nugget with a few sauces. The order placed fine, my payment went through fine. When I arrived at the restaurant, exactly at 10:31 AM as the app directed. I went through the drive-thru. When I told them I was there for an online order, I was rudely told, “Well we changed our store hours, we don’t open til 11 now.” To which I replied, “Oh the app took my order and said 10:30, should I just come back?” To which I was told, “Well we haven’t been able to change our store hours online yet, corporate has to do it.” “And if you look at your device, it should show your order cancelled.” Which was a shock to me, as I had literally checked it, as I pulled into the drive-thru. So I said, “Oh you cancelled it, so should I just come back at 11?” They responded, “well we’re actually open now, our new hours haven’t happened yet.” So why they ever mentioned the time change to me, I don’t know. Or why my order was cancelled if they’re literally open. So I said, “I need to order the 36 piece nugget, and that’ll be it.” To which I received a loud huff followed by, “You can’t order that here, you’ll have to order that online.” I was shocked, but still friendly, I mean I’ve been wanting to try these nuggets all week. I said, “Ok I’ll be back.” I drove around to a parking spot, placed an identical order, and waited the allotted amount of time. Onward to the drive-thru, I said, “Hi again, I’m picking up my online order.” A curt, “pull up” followed. I happily arrived to the food window. Finally the warm nuggets were within reach. The window opens, and I hear, “You’re going to have to pull up.” Window slams back shut. My mouth agape, I’m certain of it, pull up.. pull up. It was now nearly five after 11. I had been here over thirty minutes. But I pull up, and wait, and wait, and yes wait some more. Finally at 11:23 my nuggets are handed to me. I pull quickly into a spot in the shade. Open the bag, no sauces, no napkins, no happiness. The nuggets weren’t hot, they were wet from sitting in there box, and bag apparently just sitting in the restaurant. While I waited. Did they forget I was out there? Did they hate that I ordered so close to when they open? Or do they just have zero customer service experience. Whichever you pick, I am still left very disappointed. Definitely won’t be rushing back to KFC any time soon.
