I just spent almost $60 from my family to have dinner the chicken nuggets are so rubbery instead of a biscuit they give us cornbread the oven didn’t work they didn’t have any pot pies my son’s chicken was cold when we tasted our soda which was supposed to have been Pepsi there was way too much carbonation in it and when we explain that to the lady she says well I don’t know because it comes that way :/

Came here to get something to eat between 8 and 8:30. Service from employees was intolerable. Employees were extremely rude during the entire interaction I had with them. Acted like she didn’t know what drink was which when I was trying to pay, forced drinks into my hand before I could even pay. Was asked to pull up while waiting for food, wasn’t part of the problem, but when given the food, employee basically threw the food at me and ran back in the building. Not even a have a good night or anything. Probably won’t come back due to rudeness.

Wanted pot pies. Sold out again! It was only 530pm. And the extra crispy tenders I ordered as back up were missing the crispy crunch and more like original crust
Now again back to give another chance months later. I order a special order knowing I might have to wait for dark meat. They ask me to wait 20 with I say no problem. Well after 30 minutes and watching 10 other customers leave with big buckets I have to ask for my order WITCH BY THEY WAY THE FORGOT ABOUT!!!! 3 more minutes pass I go inside fuming asking if now I have to wait for more to be cooked. No apology and they look quite offended I am even upset … I leave only to see they missed something from my order so I go back inside and politely ask for my items
SMH. If I could give a result of negative. I asked for extra crispy strips and they don’t look nor taste like extra crispy to me looks closer to original grrrr
