KFC in New Boston, Ohio has been amazing the past few times I’ve been there, I hadn’t ate there forever and recently stopped by omw home from work and they were so polite and friendly and my food was HOT. Thought maybe a fluke but been back twice and same service it’s been years since it’s felt friendly out. So this makes me happy and hopefully people are starting to realize customer service is not for the weak, just be kind when it is corporate run it is not always their fault.

Went on line at KFC.com to look at family meals. KFC.com listed a $20. Family Meal. Drove to New Boston Ohio. The Lowest priced Family Meal was $31 on the Menu Board. I know why Parking Lot was Empty. I had to drive away and go somewhere else.

My family all got food poisoning here!! Run away from this KFC location!! Their chicken is never crispy at this location. It is always a sopping wet mess. The employees are never friendly here either. And on top of that, everyone in my house that ate the food I brought home got incredibly ill within an hour of eating it. We all have food poising thanks to this location. Disgusting restaurant that can’t even follow basic food safety. Run away.

I came through last night to get my wife and I dinner only to find out they no longer had the Honey BBQ Chicken Strips that my wife wanted despite it still showing on the app. So I went home and we made other plans for dinner. Tonight we get KFC, I order the Famous Bowl with their new Southwest Cheddar gravy instead of the normal gravy. It tasted great until I bit into my second piece of chicken and instantly froze and spit out raw chicken. I’ve given this place too many chances to fix itself, I’m done. I’ll just wait until the new chicken joint in New Boston opens by Walmart.

This had to be some of the poorest quality chicken that I’ve ever gotten at Kentucky Fried Chicken! The legs were som small I honestly questioned if it was wings. Some was over cooked too.

We ordered the 8 piece meal that included 2 large sides and 4 biscuits for takeout at your store in New Boston today. The chicken was over fried and tough I wouldn’t of given the chicken to my worse enemy. Was really disappointed we always stop at this one because the one in Portsmouth on 23 puts to much salt on their fries.

Try to order the $30 meal they did not have enough chicken tenders so then I ordered the chicken and waffles and on the price it said 949 when I got to the window they had charged me $13 for it I get home and I had two chicken tenders and two waffles no side. So I ended up paying $24 for a kids meal and a chicken and waffles meal half a meal
