Very rude people. Waited over 30 mins to get my so called “lunch” on my break at work for them to just tell me to calm down. Sat there and just watched multiple people receiving their food before me to just be asking and made to feel crazy that I didn’t have my food yet. Absolutely ridiculous, they definitely give the meaning of trash. Just very disappointed, need to be re-trained on what customer service is. And after I got my refund they wouldn’t give me a receipt back either but no worries corporate still got contacted. 10/10 would not recommend.

To be honest waiting 15 minutes in a drive through line, just to be pulled to the side to wait longer is ridiculous. I’m so close to refunding and taking my money elsewhere. Finally got my food. They completely forgot part of my order. I had to go back in after after DOUBLE checking the bag. Apparently we cant even get orders correctly.

Love their hot spicy when they came out a long time ago. I could not get enough of them I would stop all the time and get them. Was very happy when I heard they were returning. Going through the drive-thru asked if they were already ready and they said yes. So I was little hesitant because I know how that works old wings sitting under a lamp. As I decided to go ahead and try them. Right before I started to open my mouth to order them I seen the price and ask them if that was correct $7.99 for six wings and she said yes and I just pulled off. Very sad I just can’t bring myself to pay $8 for six little wings.

It’s always been frustrating knowing that they don’t value me as a customer unless I’m there 2 hours or longer before they close. Now they’ve stooped to false advertising. Signage reads Fried to Order” but it’s just hot wings and sandwich filets and not the famous on the bone chicken at Kentucky Fried Chicken lol.

So I was unable to reply to the owners comment so I will just update my own. Showing up at a facility 60-90 minutes before closing is not showing up right before you close. Your staff advised me that they quit cooking chicken at 8 pm which is 2 hours before you close. They also advised me that they DO NOT cook chicken on the bone to order and it is only the hot wings and filets for the chicken sandwich. Therefore your signage posted (pictured below) is completely inaccurate and misleading. If a patron comes in at 6 pm when your staff decides to actually have their most popular product on the menu they are expecting their product to be fried to order based on your advertising. However, the expectations set by your staff (last batch cooked at 8 pm to sell up until close at 10) is that chicken that is up to 2 hours old is okay to sell as a “Fried to Order” product. This is misleading and false. Your signage needs to be updated on what items actually are “Fried to Order” if you are going to continue with this advertising campaign. I would also suggest as a courtesy to your customers and your staff that availability of items after 8 pm is limited. Or maybe if you only want to fully service customers until 8-8:30 pm then close at 8-8:30 pm. However, I’m guessing that you won’t do either of those things because I am sure that once people are already there even though you are unwilling to provide what they are actually there to get they will settle for something else so you can still make money. Its fine that you choose to value customers that come in the last 2 hours less than a customer that comes in at other hours. However, when you are doing that and are intentionally vague/lying about what you are actually serving that is a real problem.

I asked how much a chicken leg cost. Cashier says “how many do you want?” I asked how much 2 cost. She says “$6.19” I said ok how much for 1 and she says $2.79. Last I checked, 2.79 x 2 = 5.58. Clearly, they’re charging more per piece of you buy more chicken. I thought things are usually cheaper in multiples. Apparently not at this KFC. Don’t trust them. They purposely overcharge just for ordering more food. And I did buy 1 leg and it did cost $2.79 so I don’t believe it was an error. They’ve just cheated their customers. Food was good but a little over done.

The most inconsistent place I’ve eaten in a long time. Sometimes they’re on it sometimes they’re not I don’t know if it’s a staff thing or what but they do not like when you use the app it is almost impossible to get your food that way and they do not carry all the things that the app says they carry. But it’s KFC so when it’s good it’s good.

Order a K12 Chicken Sandwich Combo tonight and when I got home the chicken was black and hard and I was Un able to eat so I called the store in Rosemount KFC and explain to the person I spoke with what happened and he asked me well what time did you order the sandwich and I told him around 930pm and he said well after a certain time of the day they stop making fresh chicken filet and what the filet that was in the cabinet wad probably old and I asked well how old was it and he said because they batter there chicken from scratch that they are allowed to keep it in the cabinet for up to 4 hours before they have to toss it and being a manager for 9 years at a fast food restaurant I’ve had all the food safety training and serve safe certified so I’m aware of all the policies that have to do with food. I took a pic of the sandwich and was going to post a pic with my review but it want let me so I’m turning this matter over to the health department to make them aware of what is going on so this doesn’t happen to another customer. This will definitely be my last time at this store or any other KFC and I will make this incident known to as many people as I can
