Always had good experience here, but 3 kid sized tenders, a small biscuit and 1/2 cup corn for just under $10… would have been better off getting a chicken pot pie.

I arrived at your store this evening at 10:24 pm. I was told the store was closed and when asking what the hours are, I was told you were open until 10:30! Help me figure this out please! I don’t make it a habit to show up this close to the time a store shuts down. But at the end of the day, in reality my order should have been taken and accepted! This is a sign of laziness at it’s finest! And why Springfield continues to lay at the bottom of the threshold! Do better, do your job! I can guarantee if I arrive at Lee’s Famous Recipe with 6 mins left during open store hours, my order would be successfully taken & completed before the end of the night!

With it being Fourth of July I expected to wait that was all good. I ordered an eight Peace came out about 30 minutes later. Got home open the lid. Everything was soggy and the bucket is full of fryer Grease.

So I tried it again, read below of you don’t know. 100% correct. Everything down to the sauces. Literally the first time in years. Just have to go in the middle of the day when no one else is there, IDK. The only thing I might be able to say they missed world be napkins and I never want those anyway so way to go KFC. Maybe we won’t wait another year for our next visit.

We tried it again and let’s just say KFC keeps showing why they’re number 1. Asked for no pickle, got extra pickles. Asked for diet drinks, got regular drinks. This is the last time we visit this location, they are truly horrendous.

Lazy or just bad service? You tell me. Ordered large fry got half a container. Ordered 8 strips got 7 burnt nuggets. They can’t even count. We have to stop patronizing these places if they’re just going to screw us over.

Ordered the chicken tenders to go to get a quick lunch while running errands. The staff was helpful with ordering and friendly. I got the coleslaw and Mac and cheese as sides. The tenders tasted a little old a tough on the ends on two tenders the third was good. The Mac and cheese was better than expected with a good cheese flavor a no mushy noodles. The slaw was pretty good as well. I reheated the biscuit later with butter and jam and it tasted better than expected as well. If the first tenders were better they would have earned more stars.

On January 31,2024 I went thru the KFC on 2407 E Main Street in Springfield, Ohio 45503. My order of chicken strips along with other items I ordered were going to have a 5 minute wait time so, I pulled into the area as directed to wait for my order. After 25 minutes I call into the restaurant to ask about the status of my order and the manager giggling like it was funny asked ” which order was mine, and as I named the items she tells me that ” she will have it ready in minutes?” I waited out as I was a 30 minute drive from home and still had a family to provide a dinner for. When the person that took my order appeared at my car window his explanation was that “the order got handed to someone and they just didn’t do anything? ” Once home a (30 minute drive) I find the order is not as I ordered it and lacked even the basic care. The mashed potato bowl did not even reach the half of the bowl with 4 very salty small pieces of chicken, and I had requested extra of the ingredients. The chicken in the chicken strips meals maybe measured 2 1/2″ in length. I ordered two chicken littles less the pickles but, I got pickles.
My bill was $35, and some change I rounded up on my bill spending $36.00 to help a needy organization?
I called the store spoke again with the manager (would not give me her name) and I explained my dissatisfaction with the food and the service explained that they spent roughly 30+ to mess up my order. Why should or would anyone have to go through this? She offered to remake the order, and I explained that I am at least a 30 minute drive, and I could not afford to use fuel so that they could correct their mistake. ;I felt with the 2nd issue it merited reimbursement. Even if I could afford the gas and had the time why would or should I? I waited and waited for that order because, no one working there found it important enough to do their job or to do their work correctly. I’ve called the corporate office for KFC 3 times, and each time I’ve connected to call center in another country. Each have secured me that management would be in touch. I just want my money back because, those working have lied, cheated and disrespected as a consumer with human decency!
Don’t eat there because, God only knows how they’re handling the food!. I can honestly say that “this was/is the worst dining experience of my life. The corporate office does not care how that location is doing their business. Will my donation even go to the people it is intended to?

They give you 2 plates and one 4 inch plate for desert. You also get 2 single serve honey sauce packs, if you ask. The KFC in Troy, Ohio, is much better. $1 more for th he buffet than this one. But is well kept at the Troy location. And they give you a clean plate each time you ask. They also are very friendly at the Troy location. Spend the extra and get much more. Also the music was so loud at the Springfield location that you couldn’t talk. The Springfield location needs help.

Jonathan and Ms.Crista are awesome! Chicken was fresh and delicious, we came 30 minutes before they closed and had a bigger order. They weren’t annoyed at all and super nice, definitely come here if you’re craving some chicken!

I just went to this location to pick up some chicken strips. They give me five nasty looking strips and said they just came up. I asked if I could get fresh ones. They told me it would take almost 20 minutes to get fresh ones. I’ve worked in fast food before there’s no way it took 20 minutes to prepare five chicken strips. Food is disgusting. And the manager Acts like she doesn’t care and its an inconvenience for me to get fresh food. Do not go here go to Lee’s or Popeyes.
