What is going on with this place? Are they trying to go out of business? If so they’re doing a good job of it. My wife and I stopped there to get some chicken tonight for dinner. We get to the window and the guy at the window says that will be a 35 minute wait. Now this was at around 6-6:30 on a Sunday night. There’s not one good reason for them.to be out of chicken at that time of night. This is the second time this has happened and the first time I was never even told and ended up waiting inside. Like the previous reviews, I might be looking for a new place. No wonder the KFC in Centerville closed down last year. This one is getting pretty close too.

Chicken was SEVERELY undercooked. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this until I was over halfway done with my nuggets. After that I decided to test my luck with the new twister wraps and that chicken was RAW too. I now have very bad food poisoning. I attempted to call the store 3 times to tell them to stop serving that chicken and they will not answer the phone at all!! Thanks KFC

Placed a doordash order at 10:40pm and they canceled it at 11:15. The store closes at 11. Never got my food, had 2 dashers just leave because it took so long. They eventually just didnt even make it and canceled the order on me. Never ordering from here again. Lee’s is better anyways.

Decided not to cook for Christmas, did that for Thanksgiving. Decided to get KFC which became my worst decision on Christmas eve. I get off work at 6:00 p.m. Get to KFC at 6:10 p.m. Placed and paid(inside) at 6:30 p.m. Ended up leaving KFC around 7:00 p.m, possibly even a little bit later. After waiting for 25 or so minutes, I asked about my order. Are you sure you didn’t get this? Good thing i paid half on my card, because my account reflects this. Making it seem like I was trying to scam them! Is the response I got. As well as we’ll see what we can do, because I ordered a 12 piece family meal…….At 6:30 p.m(got the receipt) and we’ll see what we can do, when I finally asked. Which came up short of 12 pieces BTW, wasn’t fingering through my family’s chicken….At the store….I just expected to get what I paid for and thanked God I was about to head home. I understand it was Christmas eve but that’s no excuse for the most chaotic, unorganized, craziness…….I had to endure.

Never Again
I placed an online order to be ready before I arrived for my night shift at approximately 10:05 PM. When I arrived at the drive-thru, no one responded. I then tried to enter the restaurant, but the doors were locked. An employee was outside smoking and did not acknowledge me at all.
I returned to the drive-thru and waited about five minutes before someone finally came on the speaker. I explained that I had an online order scheduled for pickup, now 10:15 PM, and I was told the food was not ready because the chicken still needed to be breaded and cooked, which would take another 12–15 minutes (though the app notified me my order was ready). I did not have that kind of time as I needed to be at work, so I requested a refund.
I was told they could not process a refund on-site and that I would have to contact KFC directly. I’ve contacted KFC customer service FIVE TIMES!
The first time a representative informed me that she could not process the refund either and would have to escalate it to management. I’ve yet to be contacted, receive a email confirmation, a phone call, which they promised I would receive multiple times. I was informed by one customer service representative that I would receive a phone call from a supervisor, never received such call.
This entire experience from the lack of service at the store to the inability to get a simple refund is extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
KFC and this establishment don’t deserve even 1-star

The customer service is outstanding. The gentleman came from the drive through to take my order and was very friendly. The only complaint I have is the lady who was bagging my order didn’t have on any gloves. Bagging ppl food you should have on gloves for sanitary purposes working with food. As a customer I don’t know if you washed your hands . Other than that I’m so happy to say they brought back the potatoe wedges!

Wouldn’t even give it 1 star if I had the choice. The wait time is horrible. Me and 2 others cars in front of me were told to go wait by the front doors. Horrible attitude of the girl who took my order and served my food to me FINALLY. Seems like a better attitude and a smile would be nice if they’re gonna make you wait on food that is less than mediocre. Instead I left feeling like I was interrupting their evening or something. Customers are the only reason they get a paycheck to stand there and give crappy service and nasty food. I waited for about 20 minutes just to get cold food. Weird. I was kinda questioning whether I should even go to that location or not because I know the area isn’t all that great but I expected better than this nonsense. I asked for a buffalo and a ranch and got neither. I will NOT be returning to this location.

There was a mistake on my order and I was mad, but listen ya’ll, the manager or whoever it was that I spoke to was amazing! She was amazing ! Every single restaurant can learn from this person, especially in these times! I appreciate you so much for the person you are!

You don’t even deserve a star. How can your customers wait an hour inside and you serve food with a nasty attitude. And you’re a manager? We will not be back which I’m sure many people say this as well. Your attitude towards customers is disgusting! How is this a famous bowl? More like a bowl of gravy with a few chunks of chicken and a sprinkle of corn. There’s barely any potatoes in it. When I asked for my biscuits you say to the workers in the back “she’s waiting for biscuits she can wait behind everyone else” how should I have to wait while you’re literally making chicken and the biscuits are made. Definitely will not be back. Word of mouth will not work in your favor. Your job isn’t just to stand at the drive thru window.

Waited over 30 minutes for a single combo meal. It wasn’t even just me. It was multiple people that they asked to leave the drive through and wait in the front parking lot for food. I don’t know if it’s to make their times look better, but it’s clearly not working for anyone. After waiting 30 minutes I went in and asked for the status on my food and was greeted with them saying they were confused and didn’t know where my order was. Don’t plan on returning any time soon.
