After the automated greeting played at the speaker, there was such a long delay that was awkward to the point I asked my husband if we should leave. The chicken on my sandwich was old, dry and plain ugly. I don’t normally complain, it’s fast food I’m not expecting 5 star food but I do expect it to be edible. I was charged for biscuits and did not get them. My husband’s pot pie was good so that was one good thing.
