I ordered a three-piece big box. I got two pieces of chicken. The box was completely destroyed. The food wouldn’t even stand in the box. It was basically in the bag when I picked it up. My drink has no ice in it no straws. The side items were cold the mashed potatoes and gravy were cold. Ice cold might as well should’ve been in the refrigerator with the coleslaw very poor service, especially when it comes to delivery.

Food taste old and smells like brunt grease. Called to give a heads up on this, was met with the ” i just changed the grease Tuesday so it is fresh grease” Even through this was from door dash it did not take that long for my to receive and it was like they redipped the chicken in the oil to get it hot. I always get KFC for lunch from a different location and never has tasted or smelled like this and I think that is where I am going to stick to, as this was a waste of my money and the back and fourth about it was fresh when I am the one with the food and know what fresh smells like and know that either you change that oil, a week ago or you have not filtered since Tuesday and have brunt flour at the bottom of your fryer cause that what this smells like. Please do better in the future and stop treating door dash orders to garbage food. Yes I was offered to bring it up to be replaced but there was a reason I doordashed and why would I want food replaced that taste like garbage from the same place that gave me the taste like garbage food. Even though it says it was a 6pcs it was a 12pcs but that didn’t show up as an option.

Had a great time hanging out in the drive thru line. Nobody wanted to take the order but i wasnt sure if this was a place you can get food. I only lost 15 minutes of my work day & got to leave hungry. Loved it here ❤️

Went through the drive thru between 8:00-8:30 on Wednesday 11/12/2025. Placed my order (spicy chicken sandwich combo & a 2 piece chicken meal (requested 2 legs), got home order was completely different. Received 5 wings w/wedges & 3 piece dinner w/2 thighs, leg, fries & biscut, totally nothing like what I ordered. I live across town, was in the neighorhood, stopped to get my meal. Got home was very disappointed. Call back and the young lady answered the phone expected me to come back across town to correct their mistake. Customer service was very poor and non professional. I just told her to forget it

Rude from the order box, seems like the clerk was annoyed, didn’t really listen and still got the order wrong. No pickles means no pickles but I guess she said no messing with the chef and put them on anyway, if I was allergic I’d be suing right now. And if I would have paid for the nuggets as a meal and got these pathetic little things I would be calling their corporate office. Never again.
