Pull up to the drive thru to set for 6 minutes at the speaker trying to order and no one answered to help us pulled off and the workers were standing around inside and some was sitting in the lobby eating. Still left with no food .. this is crazy we went around to the drive thru twice and still didn’t get any help a lady worker standing outside smoking weed with headset on and couldn’t even take an order

No. No. No. This KFC is very very very petty and do Not care for the customer. This KFC closes at 10:30 p.m. from what is posted. I came to the drive through at 9:30 p.m. and ordered only a Large Mash potato and gravy.. that’s it. A large mashed potato and gravy supposed to be in two separate containers but they gave me mine in one. The mashed potato portion was about half a cup covered with might be the same amount of gravy. I was charged the full price for a large mashed potato and gravy on my card but wasn’t given a receipt. I questioned the cashier saying “I ordered the large mashed potato and gravy”? The cashier replied, “that’s the largest mashed potato and gravy we got” turned around and started laughing to the other employees in the kitchen saying , “he said he ordered a large mashed potato and gravy, then I told him that’s the largest we got”.Yes, I was late and got deducted for being late, but when I finally got the chance to eat, I only had a scoop of mashed potatoes and gravy. Placed an order at 3:15pm and reached the store 3:30pm to get the order. They said they didn’t have the order and had already given it to someone else. I asked for a refund and was told to call the KFC assistant to get refunded , and I sat in the store for 30 minutes, hoping to get refunded. They started a ticket and have yet to get refunded.
Idk why they wouldn’t ask for a verification of the order from the customer before handing them the order. When asked, he said the other guy looked similar to me, which makes no sense.
7 months later I’m writing a second review. Still the worst service ever. Who takes 55 minutes for one sandwich and a side of fries. I am sitting there watching everyone get served while I am waiting outside. Wasted literal 50 minutes of my time sitting in the lobby.

Whenever I visit this location I always get service with an ATTITUDE! I never get all my food the first time or I am told I cant have my meal a certain way. It always appears to be a grumpy face lady with a bad customer service. Yesterday she forgot my receipt, and didnt give me honey or plasticwear to eat with. Luckily a nice young lady in the parking lot was on her break and went inside to get the requested items. She was so polite and even brought them to my car. Once she brought them back,I quickly realized once I went to scan my receipt for my 500 Fill-up box points on my app.. I did not have it. I had to then go back through the drive through line to retrieve my receipt. This seems to happen on most visits causing me to loose points on the receipt app. When a person orders food, it’s polite to give them a receipt, every time.

We went through the drive through but they forgot a couple of items so I went to the door and some young Hispanic man was pointing for me to go back around and I pointed to another worker who was nice enough to bring out the rest of our order.
