My order totaled $13.46. I paid with a $10 and 4 $1’s. I received 4 dimes as change. He said I rounded up to a dime sorry and slammed the window. But .14 cents is theft. It might seem petty but start doing the math. (25 customers a day ×.14=$3.50) (3.50 × 7 days a week =$24.40 ($24.50 × 4 weeks in a month = $98 ($98 × 12 months =$1,176) !!!! All from a dime and 4 pennies. Keep change in your vehicle. Pay with exact change. Or use your bank card. Not your credit card to eat out.

Updated 7-31-24. I placed a delivery order. Door dasher Brenda cannot read instructions. KFC employees can’t read the order. As you can see from the order screenshot and the items received. Also, the mac and cheese is only half full. The fries are only half full. No honey like I ordered. And I ordered 1 ketchup packet and received 9! 2 honey mustard which I do not eat. Original review! I ordered in the app. 1- 3 piece tender combo. 1- 3 piece tender with a biscuit. 1- 10 piece nuggets. Most of the nuggets were old and hard. The tenders were pure rubber. Disgusting. Last time the tenders were fresh, juicy and soft. These were for an elder gentleman. He was very upset that I had to make him something else to eat. Wasted $$$$

First, if you try to order any of the buckets they won’t let you substitute a side for another option. Second it’s the only restaurant I’ve ever been to that charges for water. I’d understand if there was a small fee to cover the cost of the cup but to charge the same as a soda is crazy. And then not to tell me that you “have to” charge that is crazy. That’s just poor customer service. We won’t be going back.

My review is based on DoorDash and I love the fact that they put protective tape over the drinks so you know if they’ve been tampered with but what is even better than the first time I’ve seen since I’ve started ordering through DoorDash is the bag is sealed also I’m glad that This KFC and probably all of them takes great care and making sure our food is protected. The food was also hot upon delivery and as always, I love their food, even if it is a little too expensive.

Tonight we order a bucket of chicken from our local KFC!. Tuesdays, they run a special for ten dollars for an 8 pc dark meat chicken! Its a pretty affordable special. That yields a lot of people. With that being said. Tonight they didn’t have enough chicken prepare for their dinner rush! After being asked to park and wait for our chicken. We proceeded to wait twenty minutes after time at the window. Not only was we asked to pull around. But other multiple cars was being asked too. After waiting twenty minutes for 8pc ORIGINAL CHICKEN ONLYYY. THE GUY BEHIND ME RECEIVED HIS MAIL FIRST. WHEN I WAS FINALLY HANDED MY FOOD AND GOT HOME I REALIZED THAT THE CHICKEN THAT I GOT WAS STILL CRISPY!
I BELIEVE THE GUY BEHIND ME GOT MY MEAL. LOOK WHEN I CALLED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER MYLA SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND HAD THE NERVE TO TELL MY HUSBAND TO LOWER HER VOICE! HE WAS SPEAKING ASSERTIVELY.SOMETHING THIS MANAGER APPARENTLY DOES NOT DO WITH HER CREW
AND THIS WAS THEIR FAULT AND SHE COULDNT JUST APOLOGIZE FOR OUR WAIT TIME AND REFUND THE MEAL WITHOUT GIVING NO ATTITUDE. They actually had the nerve to admit they forgot about me outside.

Family stopped to grab KFC for the family on the way home from Church. Drive through was packed, went inside to find no wait and a rather pleasant experience. Staff was helpful. Our food made it home hot and crispy. Love the Spicy Chicken Sandwich!
Still love the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Not sure why they call it Diablo if the haven’t made it hotter and it’s just a promotion for the game. Come on! Fire it up a notch!

Could’ve given a -1 star if possible, the worst ever experience I ever had with kfc.
Personally, I love kfc and I thought I’ll get some kfc for brunch. Then Ordered from these guys, i ordered sauce as side and even paid extra for sauce.
1. I did not receive any sauce
2. the crispy flour around the chicken is undercooked.
3. Food is cold
The reason why I choose delivery is because I have no car with me at the moment.
When i call the restaurant asking where is my sauce, the guy simply says, ooh i forgot to keep sauce, you can come and get it for free and hung up and never lifts my calls again in the span of an hour.
The fxk? If i can come over to get it why would i lose money on a delivery?
Very worst experience, especially with the kfc, it is first time for me also and very shocking.
If you fee like eating good kfc use another store not this one

We’ve been wanting to try the chicken sandwich, but this was a total turn off. They put so much mayo and spicy mayo on the sandwiches, you couldn’t taste any of the rest of the sandwich. Mayo fell off the sides in globs when you picked it up and even more when you bit into it. The fries were also way over salted.
The only reason I gave two stars instead of one was the clerk at the window was friendly and polite.
Well be going back to Popeyes for our chicken sandwiches.
