We went inside to eat. The staff went above and beyond and the lady at the order counter was so nice. She noticed my kids crying and got them a sticker game. My kid also knocked a drink over by accident and she cleaned it up without making us feel bad. She was an absolute treasure! I wish I had got her name! She was so kind when my kids showed her their sticker art. She deserves a raise!! Its hard to find people as kind as she is, while also doing a fantastic job taking care of all the customers in the restaurant and the drive thru. The food was also excellent and very fresh. Its the best biscuits I’ve had from a KFC in years.

This is my go to for fried chicken. The product is always hot and fresh. The sides are fresh and the biscuits are to die for. I travel the extra distance gladly based on their care of the running of this restaurant. There is a closer one to me, but I’ve given up on it as I have never gotten a good meal here and it always looks a mess.

Went through drive through ordered a large 3 piece tender meal supposed to have 2 sides and a drink. Got the order and they shorted one of my sides. Looked in the box and the tenders were 3 inches long at best. The biscuit was bigger than the tenders and it was smaller than it used to be. $9.29 for this very small meal. Then they wanted to charge me another $3.50 for the wedges that they did not put in my order in the first place.
This was my first time in the store and my last time. The manager was rude. Not customer oriented at all.

Love to eat here! Food is almost always hot and fresh! If it’s not fresh, they’ll make it right. The staff is friendly and it’s an overall great atmosphere. Just one tiny thing-music in the lobby is really loud sometimes. The manager works hard here to make sure things are right and it shows. This is by far the best KFC we’ve ever been to! Thank you!
