How fall KFC has fallen!!. Stopped in here this week. The chicken was flat out nasty. It was dry and old at around 4:45pm on 2//26. The breast had turned dark brown on the meat not the breading. It was like shoe leather. Dry and hard. Took too much effort to chew. Usually dark meat it more forgiving but it was dry and old too. I ordered it togo, but it was only a few min until I ate it. This is a common issue with all the locations. I have never had nasty chicken like this at Popeyes or Lee’s

Signs outside and in store say The original Honey Barq wings are back ! Went in to older some for myself and Mom and Tje rude Man I working the counter said the wings are hot wings and you put them in any sauce you want .I told him that is not the original Honey Barq chicken wings .He then told me he has work for KFC since 2015 and that is how it has always been .Dude must not know what original means .He is a jerk .I will never go back to this place and suggest if you want fresh food don’t go there and don’t ask a question cause the jerk will yell at you .

Got the fest gravy thing and the chicken wasn’t extra crispy at all some pieces was original and it was all dark meat maybe my fault for not looking at the menu needless to say not impressed at all for 25 dollars

Staff couldn’t be bothered to help at the counter, even when I had ordered ahead and could see my order from the counter sitting there. Short-staffing is understandable nowadays, so hire more people whoever’s in charge. If you have employee retention problems, try paying them more, maybe then you won’t lose customers enough to have to close up shop like every other place recently.

Come in at 5:30 try to order a two-piece meal and get told we’re low on chicken we’re not making any more and your restaurant closes at 10 o’clock The staff is very rude and it’s hard to get somebody to come to the counter to even wait on you and they wanna know why they’re losing business
