Was charged for food I didn’t order and when I told the manager about it. I was told there wasn’t anything he could do about it. The general manager was the o ly person who could do refunds and they were on vacation. Not to mention that they couldn’t shovel the snow off the Sidewalk to get in the building so my wheelchair bound mother couldn’t get into the building. Will definitely be calling corporate

I should have known better than to go to a fast food chain restaurant, but for whatever reason KFC sounded good, until I ate the food. It tasted like it had been sitting in the open 2 hours past its hold time. The dog wouldn’t even eat the chicken. Yeesh. Hopefully I remember this next time I get a craving for fried chicken.

Went through the drive-thru got some chicken wings and a order of potato wedges potato wedges were so awful I’m sure they were sitting for a long time and they served them to me I will never go back there and the chicken was so…… greasy.. what happened to you KFC you used to be so good.. haven’t got chicken from there in a long time to that location anyway I heard complaints about that chicken just the other day somebody told me it was real greasy but I kind of figured I’d try it but the potato wedges were so awful I can’t express

Drive thru was only 2 cars deep. I told the girl I had a bogo free chicken sandwich coupon. $4.49 for a sandwich and $3.19 for an order of fries. She wanted to charge me !$9.68. I had to correct her math. She was upset so the fries were missing a few. What a rip off for $3.19!!!

Don’t bother coming an hour before close , their fryer will ( be down ) , and they will be out of most items . For 3 weeks in a row we have stopped between 9 an 9:30 and told same thing every time . What is the point of being open till 10 if you don’t have any fish or chicken to sell .

This place is absolutely disgusting. When I say nasty it’s nasty nasty. 3 guys working one just walked around the whole time. No one really cared about doing their job. I would be very very very embarrassed to be a part of this team. The nasty restaurant on top of cold food. Cussing infront of customers is not professional.

Updated 11/22….. Most of the food was good. Except potato wedges were hard. Also apple pie bites were cold which i gave back. Drink area was very messy with trash. Trays were given to us wet with particles stuck to them.
