Ordered online while I was waiting in the drive thru. Sent it at the same time I pulled up to the speaker and told them that it wouldn’t let me ask for dark meat only and if I could get it. They said no even though they hadn’t made it yet. Said it would mess up inventory which is a lie.i used to work there and we always let customers order whatever they wanted unless it was an extra charge item. Food was horrible also and I paid 42 dollars for something I really didn’t want. Will never return there again.

I decided to get KFC for lunch today after not having their food in months.. Can’t remember the last time I had it. I got the 3 pc meal (original) with mashed potatoes and gravy. The service was very quick, and the food itself? Well, eating it was a transcendental/borderline psychedelic experience that I will never forget. Holy Mother of God. Wowie. I WILL be coming back. Zero regrets

Went there for Lunch. There was at least 5 people working. We waited at the counter for LITERALLY 10 minutes and still nobody came over and there was no cars on the drive thru. Unfortunately our standards is way too high.

Maybe it was just this visit but for the time of day we were there, they seemed a bit disorganized and well understaffed, and they even ran out of the beloved crispy chicken, a tragedy! Food was great though. So if you don’t mind waiting during busy hours then by all means go.

KFC is relatively consistent, and in our area I haven’t had a “bad” experience beyond an order mix-up. We stopped at this Springboro location after a quick shopping trip. We have had and enjoyed the chicken sandwiches a few times now, and while I know the breading is the same as the in bone chicken, this is the first time the breading behaved the same as the in bone chicken I have had. It was light and crispy, and the chicken breast was perfect eating temperature and juicy. It wasn’t “hot” like burning your mouth, but was really warm (full transparency, I was driving, and I always eat all my French fries first).

The food’s taste was good. Portions were small. Received 8 tiny pieces of chicken. No one seemed to care. Service was so, so. They were so busy they couldn’t even take the time to thank you. Filled out complaint and received general e-mail response. Not going back. This is the “Fill Up Meal” below.
