Went into dining area to place a to go order and waited over 20 minutes for my food. After waiting 20 minutes I finally said something, and then they started working on order. They had plenty of employees. Focused on the drive through to much. I won’t be back.

12/21/2025…not a good experience .
We ordered inside,to go,at 1:27 (per our receipt). Our order was 1-Chicken Little, a small mashed potatoes and gravy,and a small cold slaw.
The two women…one being a Manager in the Drive Thru and the other getting orders together were rude to not only the customers but the young man that was taking orders at the register.
The Manager was excellent rude to a customer!
FINALLY @ 1:55…our order.
When arriving at our destination five minutes down the road…we had the chicken little(actually they threw in an extra for our wait,since they said our order got booted?)……opening the bag.. everything was there BUT mashed potatoes.The small container has nothing but gravy with not a hint of potatoes!
First Rule : Customers should be treated with respect
Second Rule: Do not talk down to employees in front of customers.(The young man was doing the best he could with his superiors treatment towards him ,not to mention he was POLITE to the customers!
This KFC….needs to do better.
Two grown females ,one of which was very rude to a customer.
Second…Don’t treat your fellow coworker bad in front of customers.He was young and doing the best he could under such circumstances.
My husband and another customer politely told him he was doing a good job and showing patience under such disrespect.

I’m a Doordash driver and I have NEVER seen such idiocracy in my time as a Dasher. I walked in to pick up an order and they kept telling me to “hold on”, when the bag was finally done, an older male employee held it in front of me, yelling at me to confirm as I was trying to take a picture of the receipt. I finally got a picture and told them that they were not only slow but rude because Doordash times not only me, but the restaurant in question. I took the bag and told them thank you only for him to say “what was that” while him and another employee (older female with purple hair) FOLLOWED ME OUTSIDE TO THE PARKING LOT YELLING, as I drove away they stayed outside watching me leave. I have a child who comes with me and this made both me and her extremely uncomfortable. Rude, hostile and unclean, do better and find better employees.

Saying “if I could give 0 stars is an understatement.” I can’t go into details as I now have active police investigation against this place and the older man, and lady with the off set eye and purple hair. I went in to pick up and order and find while no one is there, they are slow and twiddling their thumbs. When the order was ready 15 min late, it turned to the man holding the bag from me and taking extra time to even get the order. He kept asking questions to which he made me repeat, when he started getting loud is when I walked out the door and said “thank you but I’m done here.” The older man and wonky eye with purple hair followed me to my truck. You absolutely CANNOT yell and treat people the way you treated me that day. It’s unacceptable when I was nothing but nice (to which that can be backed up on camera). KFC cooperation is also investigating you and despite giving me credits for food, I’ll never be back. I’m classy, I don’t mingle with trashy people.

This is horrible KFC, went there on my way home Nov. 26,2025 and ordered 2-3 piece meals original recipe. Out of 6 pieces we received 1 original and the rest was crispy.Called there, talked to a guy who said he was the manager. He told me they must of been out of original and he gave us crispy to fill the order without telling us. Well after I tried to get a credit he hung up on me. No kidding hung up on me!! We will never go back. From the reviews this happens constantly. The night manager that was working this night Nov. 26, at 7:00 pm needs to be fired immediately.

You guys are scam artists. I ordered a large potato wedge around 8:30, and you guys sent me a half empty container with some old rock-hard wedges. I then tried to reach out with the app & you guys just responded with a we’re busy and will reach out at our earliest convenience. Look don’t use the app unless you can pick up your food yourself to check it for freshness the hot wings weren’t in the best of shape either

The kc there wanted to give it a try again to see if it had gotten better, nope still the same .The chicken is so greasy the skin slides off of it and you can see the grease run off of it I am not going back fooled me once fooled me twice not falling again for it.

Idk what’s going on at the KFC here, but this is the second week in a row I have attempted to get a famous bowl and had to leave because of the wait to put in my order. While the wait for drive thru and dine in increased, the managers in the back were chatting and not helping the line of TWO people making food nor taking orders so we left. I’ll go somewhere else for KFC.

I am an international student from Bangladesh. We have KFC back at home. And the taste of fried chicken was much better there. Here in Hamilton, I have tried their 2 pc Chicken Drum and Thigh with Mashed Potato Gravy and Pepsi combo. To me, the chicken meat didn’t taste fresh and felt like undercooked. Tastewise Chicken Fries in our country from Bangladesh KFC were way better. I don’t know if they change cooking style country wise.
