We went to KFC on the 9th February at 4:49pm went the cashier was super sweet we went home and was eating the chicken we seen in a few pieces was red so we try few more pieces they were find in the middle of the night we were getting sick and I mean sick the next day we were still sick so I call the KFC and spoke to a manager and told her what happen she was so rude she told me to hold on she came back to the phone and said her manager told me to go to the doctor and come in can file a report I was are u for real I told her I was calling corporate and that is what I did about 30 mins later I got a call from the same lady who told me to go to the doctor I asked for my money back she said she could not do that she wanted to give a coupon I was nope I will never come back I still have the chicken left I feel that KFC needs needs some work with the managers I should have gotten my money back.If I could give zero stars I would…KFC needs to do better.the store manager did not want to do her job.

Waited 30 minutes for my food only to have to drive back to get the remainder of my order that was missing. After an hour total of waiting I finally got to eat my mostly cold food. Biscuits were smashed in the box and uneatable. I think I’ll get my fried chicken elsewhere from now on, the quality doesn’t match the cost.

I’ve personally never had a bad experience at this KFC, I even ask for extra sauce in the spicy famous bowl when its available and they happily oblige every time. Thanks for the many great meals you guys, keep up the good work!

Tried drive thru at 9:30, just wanted a fast and easy meal for my love. Outside the building had litter all over. We waited in line for about 11 minutes, by which I observed people that were there longer than I was getting out of their vehicles to see why it’s taking so long to order. By the time we got to order, my love tries to order a chicken sandwich combo, but the employee taking the order cut my love off mid-sentence and told us “3.99”. We replied “excuse me? We’re not done yet.” So we finish ordering, and the cashier at the window was at least okay and the food came out relatively quickly in about 3 minutes. We got a sweet tea and fries and a chicken sandwich. The fries were okay at best, the sandwich was correct. The tea I spat out on first taste. Overall? Im not going back here. Very disappointed.

I took a late lunch and I chose KFC because I haven’t had them in a while. It was approximately 5:45 pm, Friday, October 17th. I ordered the bbq 3 pc tender meal on the board outside. I received something that was too spicy for me to eat. And now, I have no food for my lunch break. Now I see why they have less than 4 ☆. I won’t be going back to this place.

Perhaps it was just a busy time, but it took 15 minutes to get a sandwich and potato wedges. I drove back to the hospital 5 minutes away. The potato wedges were very hot. Sadly my sandwich was not. They seemed to have plenty of help. People were very friendly. Another person had to also wait a long time for wedges.

Workers are always extremely rude will sit around and do absolutely nothing. All while they make you wait 45minutes in an empty drive thru. Ask you multiple what your order was will walk away and continue to make you wait. Asked me 5 times before a manager came up and asked and the order was sitting there. The food quality has gone down badly. Service is terrible. No matter when I am there as a customer or as a door dasher it takes for ever and their service is terrible. Do not expect to get the right order either. They won’t even apologize about the wait all while they sit on their phones and talk with each other.

My family ordered meal from the place online then went in to pick it up. If you send “children they won’t look to see if they received the correct order. It seems that the employees were having a very busy day and it was not good. Warning: if you order from the kiosk in the store they can not refund you at the store but tell you to call an 800 number. #1 reason not to use these stupid things, I want a person to take my order. Might be easy and fun until it’s not because you didn’t have a”real” person take your order. The woman heard our dilemma redid our entire order. It was very crazy day at KFC but they were trying they’re best with employees that called off. Maybe not our problem but being nasty won’t help anything. Look for a solution with kindness not anger.

Worst KFC ever. Been there 5 times in a month and had to wait over an hour each and every time to get our food. Customer service is worthless. They don’t care at all. They were very rude and unprofessional. It was also way to noisy to eat inside.
