I ask 4 times to not put wings in with a 16 piece meal because of my grandbabies and there is hardly any meat on them, full of small bones. The chicken tasted old and as if it was just warmed up. They assured me that their wasn’t. I called to speak with the manager and she had spoken rudly and hung up the phone. I will not be going back there anymore.

I feel like they were short-staffed when I picked up my food? They didn’t give us any sauces (or even ask) or napkins. The drive-thru employee was nice, but I had to guess if they had given me everything because they never confirmed it at the window? He seemed in a pretty big hurry to do other things?

Front counter team member was annoyed that we wanted to place an order, even threw her hands up while we were ordering. Horrible customer service. Person who served the food was much friendlier.

I visited the Wooster location in August 2025. I attempted to place my order wit the KFC app. I was having difficulty. When I went inside the restaurant, I was greeted very warmly by a staff named Nikki. I asked for her help with the app, and she was AMAZING! The app was giving her trouble too, but she didn’t give up. She kept trying and then when it wouldn’t work, she found a way to make it work by placing the order the old fashion way ( at the register). I completely enjoyed my interaction with her. She turned a frustrating situation into a pleasant one. Wish I was in that area more often honestly. It was like she was an old friend.
Also all the staff were very kind. Nikki especially was wonderful! As I waited for my food and then stayed and ate some of my food. I observed how Nikki greeted other patrons that came in after me. It really had the atmosphere of a small local diner. She interacted with the customers with warmth and detail. They were probably regulars.
Been intending to leave this review singing Nikki’s praises as I will never forget her. Never had so much fun visiting KFC. Thank you Nikki!

Worst experience ever got 2 famous bowls both of which werent even half full and an order of cheese curds that had 5 curds 3 of which were so burnt and other 2 were so old none were edible. As a restaurant work this was disgraceful and the person who served this should be ashamed you ruined my kids dinner for this evening!

Love this KFC! Always drama either in the parking lot or inside, guessing because of the close proximity to Nold Ave,but it’s always customers, never had a problem with the staff. Would probably help if you’re a 2A supporter when going there. Food is always great

Dec 17th at 1:30. I ordered a chicken sandwhich,dine in, i realized there was not enough mayo on my sandwhich so i went up and asked for more from the gentlemen working. He proceeded to get me some more in a lid since they did not have packets. When he got me more he got yelled at by some goliath women saying “the only way they get extra mayo is if they have it on the side during order! Im not going to tell you again!” Managment needs to chill over mayo and quit yelling at employees for giving me extra mayo.

Stopped 2 get a chicken dinner , cuz I used 2 love there food , The Original recipe chicken was a little dry . The mashed potatoes With gravy was really good & The coleslaw was good . The biscuit was very dry . Years ago there food was the best , however, it has changed over the years . . The service was good & Fast through the drive-through .

Visited this place about a week ago when I pulled in to go through the drive thru on the far side of the building I seen a very apparent stray cat skinney mangled furr a woman was feeding it it was apparently very friendly I wanted to buy something small for it and the worker in the drive thru said we’d appreciate it if you don’t feed the cat it’s not a stray I don’t go to a business for food to be told what to do I very much like cats needless to say I never got any food from them I left this store needs to learn to do they’re job and not tell the paying customer what to do I will not buy anything here again and as far as the poor cat that’s apparently not cared for someone should give it a home

Placed an order and they forgot all our sides. We got a $60 meal for a couple people and forgot a majority of the food and wouldn’t even try to work with us on getting the rest of our order. Service and management is terrible. Food mediocre at best. The biscuits were so dry they could break a window. Not sure how they’re still in business at this point. They’re lucky they’re the only KFC close or in Wooster. Case closed
