Unfriendly and impatient drive thru staff counter and enjoyment one could have from the food serviced at this location. Additionally, portion control is painfully poor, as photos evidence based on two large macaroni containers showing marked differences with no explanation.

To start- a child threw up in the middle of the dinIng room as we were ordering. The parents asked for a mop. The throw up was still in a puddle of the dining room when we left after trying to eat. Staff standing around doing nothing. The Chicken was dry and tasted like cardboard. The ice tea was funny tasting. Didn’t taste like tea. The Cole slaw tasted spoiled and sour. See the pic of the chicken nuggets. There are supposed to be five nuggets here. I asked for another order of them and they looked at me like I had 3 eyeballs. The restaurant was dirty. Our hands got sticky from going in the door. I am sure we caught a disease sitting in the chairs! So dirty. Do better KFC

This KFC is weird. The service sucks, the food tastes old and stale, half the time they leave items off my order. Also KFC is too expensive. Started going to Cane’s in Alliance..It is quick, super tasty, and the service is always kind and polite.

I bought two tacos I ate the first one which was crushed. It was Doritos locos taco and they did not put it inside the case so I had to eat with my hands and got them cheesy…no napkins either!! Then I get home and my chx catina taco is much worse…how am I supposed to eat this?! The taco taste old and the shell seems to be very stale!! Do better!!! U guys suck!!

We walked in the lobby in Minerva, Ohio at 8:30 pm. The sign on the door said the lobby was open until 10pm but there was no one in the front area. You could hear people in the back but no one came out even after we called out to them to let them know we were there. By 8:40 pm we left to go get food elsewhere. MAJORLY RUDE!

It’s sad the way things have changed. I ordered two chicken pot pies and two orders of potato wedges, total cost of $22. #1) The serving has gotten smaller. #2) It is no longer a CHICKEN pot pie, it is a CARROT pot pie since carrots are now the main ingredient. #3) There seems to be less of the cream of chicken filling. And finally, in regards to the pot pie, the price has gone up. The potato wedges I received were a mix of large, some undercooked, pieces and very small cooked to a hard crisp pieces. Barely edible. Overall poor quality and small portion for an expensive meal. What I received wasn’t worth $10. I will probably never eat KFC again.

The food was prepared correctly, but the cashier in drive-thru seemed like she was not okay. No straws or napkins, items were missing, no silverware even though I had the famous bowl.

Ordered two bowls. One was half full other was less than half. Gave the fuller one to my husband. So mine was mostly gravy, you could count the kernels of corn and the chicken pieces were the size of a quarter. If I was the owner I’d be embarrassed to serve them. We didn’t open them until we were home or I would have refused them.
