OMG never had such an awful experience. Their corn was three days too old, the biscuits were hard as a rock and they forgot my honey. Plus they said they were just gonna give me a few pieces of extra crispy, but it turned into half my order when that’s not even what I wanted in the beginning, the food was just awful. What a waste they should just close.

Our area prints four small coupons from the “Save” tabular in the mail or Sunday newspaper. One is for a sandwich combo for 6.99. I indicated at the drive thru speaker I had a coupon to the employee. After I was done and ready to pull away she said that would be 8.19. I didn’t think that much about it but after giving her a 20.00 I noticed the coupon had not been applied. She indicated I didn’t give her a coupon. I fully dispute that as I was careful to hand the girl the coupon with the 20.00. bill. After her I suppose manager came’, she stated she saw no evidence of a coupon in here drawer. That’s because it was likely on the floor when dropped inside. I didn’t appreciate being told I didn’t give them a coupon when in fact I made every attempt to notify them that I did. I even tried to show them how I removed the coupon from the other coupons that are printed adjacent to one another but the manager seemed uninterested. Another thing, those small coupons are handed back if within the experation date at the North Canton KFC. They told me they want the repeat business.I guess it’s the difference in owners. I certainly will curtail my visits at the Hartville KFC from this point on.

Ordered through the app late, close to 10pm. When I arrived the girl at the window informed me they were sold out of multiple items I already paid for. After discussion, she made it right and provided sufficient replacement products. She was very kind and I even received an extra item which I did not ask for. 9.5/10 experience considering multiple items I paid for were not available. Only thing is there was not any silverware provided. Overall, very pleased with how the girl at the window assisted me. Ordered between 9-10pm on 11/6/25 through the kfc app.

I’ve lived in Hartville 5 years, tried to get food here twice. First time I waited 10 minutes at the drive thru and never received service. The second time, again a 10 minute drive thru wait to hear they had no thighs. The workers there are slow, useless, and have a bad attitude. Don’t waste your time.

This place is just awful. We ordered sweet tea, two chicken sandwiches, and a baja blast. The screen said unsweetened tea. When we got up to the windows and ask to make sure it’s sweet tea instead. The girl at the window said they didn’t have a sweet tea button, we said ok. She closes the window, and another employee asks what we complained about. Mind you we weren’t complainng, just asking a question. Horrible customer service period. The food was cold like it was in the fridge. We go to leave, the dude who was being rude gave us our food while saying have a good night. We pulled off and he says “yea drive off” and cussed at us.

All I want to say is for some people to stop hating on the workers here. The workers at this place are hard working and they don’t deserve to be hated on. Some of the reviews I see on here of people complaining about this place is ridiculous. If people hate coming here then stop coming here and be respectful to workers. 🙂

Food was horrible and expensive. Gave us the wrong order. It was cold and looks like it had been there all day. By the time I opened it we were already in Green. I called, I was polite told them what happened. A young girl took my info she said come up anytime and get your refund. I went in to get my refund and the manager told me there was no report of it. He couldn’t find the info anywhere in the office and he can’t do anything about it. I’ve had Taco Bell from there before and it’s horrible as well. If you want good Taco Bell go to Green. They have the best Taco Bell it’s clean and the employees are polite. Never order food from this KFC/Taco Bell in Hartville. It’s always horrible and customer service is bad.

Restaurant is a little cramped with some unnecessary seating, and they sure can be slow in peak times – however I don’t understand why it would be rated down so low, overall. This is a well run restaurant with great consistency in their food quality. Overworked staff are still generally pleasant. The prices have shot through the roof for chicken, apparently, but KFC is seems to be doing their best at least offer some specials. The restaurant’s Taco Bell side is also consistent.

Ordered 4 famous bowls and an order of fries, the fries were cold and looked like they had been sitting for a very long time, the famous bowls were not very fresh, chicken and corn both were dried out and there was almost no gravy in the bowls. Very dissapointed after spending that much money. Will definitely not be returning to this establishment. Tired of not getting what I paid for.
