DO NOT ORDER ON APP! 1. They service the drive through first even if your online order has been in for 50min! Then they can’t refund the app it’s a KFC APP and call kfc because again I had to wait 50 min for fast food and they have to escalate it…oh you think I’m done I’m not the staff was rude I was told “we only have 3 ppl working” “get in line” lies seen more then 3 but my problem as person who would understand of short staff is you had time to serve the drive through(orders placed at speaker box after my arrival) , laugh and giggle about work start times for the next day and finally after I complained had time to talk about me because you thought I left store I was just one of multiple ppl that waited over 40min for fast food

I came there after work, the chicken was under cooked, still pink. Not extra crispy as I asked. The coleslaw tasted spoiled and warm. No gravy on the potatoes. Over all it was so bad. I hope I do not get sick. I have kept my reciept just in case. This has been the worst experience I have ever endured. I will never come to your establishment again.

This chicken was horrible! I ordered an 8 piece bucket of extra crispy. That chicken either had been sitting too long, overcooked or something.
It will be quite sometime before I go back to KFC.

I just got food here tonight for the first time in 2 years. Now I remember why. The employees were nice. I’ll say that but the food was not edible. The chicken little was bad. Like if I didn’t spit my bite out, I probably would have gotten food poisoning. Guess ill know by tomorrow. The potatoe wedges were burnt and hard as a rock. Everything was gross. Its not worth spending your money here. After a long day I just wanted something to eat. 90% of my meal was inedible.

We stopped in here 5 minutes before they closed and they were able to make sure we got what we were looking for and were extremely courteous food was fantastic and perfect! I absolutely recommend this specific store! Keep up the great job thank you so much

At 9:45pm on 05/07/2024, I pulled up to order food for my family. I order the family meal 12pc. The nice lady at the window said that there would be 1 less biscuit and if that would be ok. I asked if was possible to get a bit more corn to compensate. The lady, Shannon, who did not realize I could hear her, said “no, tell him it’s not going to happen, he can get no biscuits and corn if he likes”. All in the most rude possible manner. Hearing this I tell the lady at the window, with how rude Shannon was, that now I expect the extra corn as compensation.
Needless to say she still left the biscuits out of my bag all together and I had to drive away. I will get in contact of HQ for compensation and preferably some accountability.

Have been here quite some time and great service!!! A lady there named Shannon is very good manager. She made sure me and other customers were taking good care of by making sure our order was correct, and making sure everyone was doing their job correctly. There was also a very nice lady there too named Maryanne who is the boss there. The place was very clean as well. I will be coming back here soon again.

This place gets me so disappointed every time. It’s a hit or miss. Mostly missed. We bought the 20 dollar box deal and what was served? Over cooked dark fried chicken. Tasted like it was a day or 2 old chicken leftovers. Would have been way better if I had just bought a pack of day old chicken from walmart and then their potato salad or macaroni salad plus a nice drink. I’d still have money leftover. I felt like I lost in a lottery scratch off. Except this place has no place of winning anything. You pay for food, but they serve you with just that. It’s written in their boxes that their chicken is cooked by real chefs. Yall are just lying about it.

I ordered a chicken sanwhich extra mayo and pickles. And got the bones as well. They literally just slapped a chicken thigh on bread. . I tried to get the meat off the bone myself and make good of the situation my Mac n chicken bowls were cold and skimpy. The mashed potato bowl was more than half empty. And a gnat in my mountain dew lighting. Im over it this was absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!

I bought a 3-piece combo and waited 30 minutes for them to even deliver my combo drink. The customer service is pathetic. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
