Grabbed some dinner at KFC. Used some coupons as this would have cost way too much without them. Food tasted fine, nothing amazing. The mashed potatoes were the best part of the meal. The workers were all very nice and the order was exactly as ordered.

Ordered a 2 piece dinner..they got the pieces wrong, not a huge deal. But, the biscuits were awful. Got an extra 6 and they’re $5.19…got home and they were all broken apart, smashed into bottom of box, absolutely ridiculous. Whoever boxed those up knew better, they chose to be lazy. I’ll never go back.

Waited forever in the drive thru- once you’re in line you’re stuck- was told there was a half hour wait for original so ordered a straw criapy….no big deal. Finally get to the window and told that it would be 15m for biscuits and was told to pull around. Sat there for a half hour and watched them come out and lock the doors at 9:10. Finally called at 920 after a half out and had to remind them that I was still out there waiting. They handed me my drinks at the window so those were now watered down. Finally get my food and get home and I’m missing 2 sides and my fried pickles not to mention the sauces. Sons tenders were still nasty sticky inside from being under cooked and the chicken was still red inside. Tried calling literally 25 times until 10 and no answer. So 50$ out the window bc we couldnt eat what we did get. Since they had locked the doors I couldn’t even go in to check on food. Was there for over an hour for nothing.

Decided to get some dinner. Drove across town to get KFC since they are so sparce these days. It wasnt crowded. I was greeted immediately and placed my order. The lady was very nice. We ordered a chicken bowl, 20 wings and a kids meal. The wings take 10 minutes to cook. I didnt mind waiting since tbey will be super fresh.
I got drinks and enjoyed their music while I waited. The waiting room was super clean and inviting. Overall the food was delicious and the family was satisfied.

The only KFC for 20 miles that is open after 7pm …. and they were swamped. Drive-thru orders only or Grub-hub-style delivery. Waited 45 minutes from the line that formed in the street through getting handed my food. They were out of some things and my order was missing 2 items. But the service was polite and efficient and sometimes you just have your taster set for KFC.

I ordered a lemonade the girl gave me a strawberry one. I asked her if i could get a regular lemonade. So she gave me a new one i thought. Nope same cup. Has strawberry stuff all over the top of it. I am allergic to strawberries. So i would of had to go to the hospital. All from laziness. Ugh!

The food was exactly what I expected which I think is the best thing you can say about any fast food franchise. My first app purchase and that worked well except they wouldn’t let me update my credit card. Staff seemed friendly and efficient. I went to this one because it was on my way. Not as many restaurants as in the past so not always easy to find. Sometimes you Just get a taste for the Col.
