My sister and I stopped at this KFC location to grab a quick lunch before running to errands and appointments. We waited 15 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged by the ONE SINGLE STAFF that was working (@12:15p). We had been trying to put in an order through the app but it didn’t match the in store menu offerings and we couldn’t do that, we gave up waiting and left without food and without time to stop somewhere else. This is not the first time we have been to this location and found one person working. Last time we visited , we waited about 10-15 minutes for our order to be taken and another 15+ to get it (2 of the 2 Chicken Little Meals.) We will likely not try to return again anytime soon, if ever. It is a shame because we both find the chicken little to be a perfect snack so you don’t hunger but at the grocery store.

Ordered a special 8 piece. 4 wings, 4 breast, no dark meat. We live 20 .minutes away. Came home, started eating, got to the 2nd layer, it was all dark meat. How disappointed we were, we get KFC once or twice a year. In these times ,as seniors, this is a treat for us. Horribly stale fries as well. We waited because their weren’t enough breasts and for biscuits as well.

I ordered my pot pies at 3:10pm for a 3:30 pick up and walk in at 3:44 and they still weren’t ready. I asked and get the response we get a lot of orders for those but when the order is there shouldn’t it be ready or are the employees not paying attention. Then I hear the 2 ladies talking crap and being sarcastic about me asking why they pot pies were not ready when I got there. Kfc has great food but terrible employees may e should look at restaffing apparently they really don’t like their jobs nor doing them.

We placed a mobile order, showed up at our promise time, waited 30 minutes in the lobby without acknowledgement, then finally were told it would be another 20 minutes to have it ready. When we asked the staff they just threw their hands up and didn’t care one bit. Totally and completely ridiculous. Highly disappointed and will never be returning here. The staff then tells us they can’t give a refund at the store and to call. Then we call, they tell us they can’t either. An absolute joke of a business robbing us of our money. Do not do this business any favors and get your food elsewhere. How they are still open just baffles me.

I was told to pull forward while they were making the food, however there were already 3 cars pulled forward. I had nowhere to pull forward to. I went back through the drive-thru to see if I could get a refund because I didn’t have anywhere to wait, and it had been a while and I needed to go. I picked a fast food place expecting the service to be fast. They said they don’t do refunds and that it would only be a minute longer. I understand being short staffed, but if you don’t have the space for people to pull forward stop telling them to pull forward and just pause taking orders.

Waited 10 minutes at the drive through and had to let them know I was there. Asked if they have the 10 pc dark meat bucket still. Told let me see if we can do that for you. At 4 in the afternoon, why wouldn’t you? Get the bucket. Get home and it is all thighs. No legs. One wing. And so greasy.

I ordered the three piece meal. When I got home it looked like there were three small turds in the box not the usual kfc crispy ones. They were even a light brown instead of a golden color. Cold mashed potatoes. No wonder it never looks crowded and the drive thru is always empty if you can find it. Maneuvering it is a really tight squeeze. I don’t know why we write these reviews. No one reads them or responds. The colonel must be turning in his grave. Definitely lost my family as customers.

They can’t get an order right to save their lives. The quality of the food has plummeted, but the prices keep going up. I’m done with this place. Popeyes is better anyway.
