I haven’t been to KFC in probably 5 years and now I remember why. There was only two other people in the drive thru so the service wasn’t bad it was pretty quick but seriously I ordered cheese curds for 4 $ and got 6 curds in the box. We also ordered the family meal 8 piece with 2 sides and the containers were halfway full, not hot and definitely not enough to feed 3 people. So thank you KFC for us ordering 40$ worth of food and still having to eat something else for dinner good job

I can honestly say this was the worst KFC experience of my life. I was made to wait for hours, and the employees didn’t seem to care at all. If someone in charge reads my message, I believe what needs to be understood is that the entire staff should be replaced, because employees whose only goal is to get through their shift are unacceptable.

The wait line at this KFC is absolutely horrible. The service is extremely slow, and it feels like they just hire anyone without proper training. The employees don’t seem to care about the customers or the quality of service. Very disappointing, especially for a place that should be quick and convenient. Do better! And the door is locked before it should be so you’re forced to wait in line!

Very poor customer service tonight. I placed my order at 7:25 pm, and the food was wrong. Instead of apologizing or asking how she could help fix the issue, the manager immediately became argumentative. She questioned whether I had a receipt and tried to tell me what she thought she heard when the order was placed, even though she was not the person who took my order or my payment.

A nice young gentleman was the one who actually took my order and my money. The manager’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and there was no attempt to resolve the issue or provide good customer service. Mistakes happen, but the way they’re handled matters, and tonight’s experience was extremely disappointing.

What makes this even more disappointing is that we order from this KFC at least twice a week, either for pickup or through DoorDash, because my daughter has ARFID and only eats KFC mashed potatoes. This location has been a regular and necessary option for our family. Unfortunately, after tonight’s experience, we’ll have to find another location — which is inconvenient, but good customer service matters.

My husband and I went to this location yesterday (12/15/2025) Around 7:30 PM to grab a late dinner. When we got there, we found that the door was locked, and an employee had gestured to the drive-through. Then he poked his head out and told us that there were only two staff there and that we were not allowed inside and that we needed to go through the drive-through. When I asked for corporate’s number, he went inside, but not before locking the door again to assuming talk to another employee. He came back and let us inside and said that we could order when we started ordering. He said that there would be a minimum wait of at least eight minutes for ANY chicken.

I still asked for corporate’s number and the stores location number. It took the manager 5+ minutes to give me the store number which was written on a sticky note. The staff seem very untrained, and uninterested in the customer. I did call corporate and let them know that this place was barring people from dinning or even ordering in. DO NOT go here!!

It appears that KFC doesn’t want nor care about my business. Not once, but TWICE in the past couple of weeks have I been turned away after walking inside the lobby to order chicken. I live a couple streets over and often like to walk my neighborhood. A week and a half ago, I walked into the lobby at 11AM and was told it was “drive thru only”. I opted to eat lunch at home. Today, I decided to walk over to KFC at 8:15PM and was told the same thing. Both times the door was open, apparently by accident, but if they messed up and now I’m standing in their lobby hungry and holding cash how can they turn me away. I even told them I walked and would not return with a car. They didn’t care. Apparently you must own a car to buy chicken in this town anymore! I’ve been a loyal KFC customer for years, even working there when I was a teenager. If KFC is going to turn me away, I’ll turn KFC away. I’ll see if Mr. Chicken wants my business next time. And too bad – this location’s food quality was always on point.

NEVER get your order right.Figured if I ordered online 2 hours ahead, no problem. Wrong! When I picked up I was told they were out of extra crispy, and I’d have to wait 20 minutes. No thanks, I would drive ANYWHERE ELSE before giving my money to this place

My chicken was all crust and barely any meat, ordered 12 pieces and only got 9. My cheese curds were forgotten paid about 70 dollars for about 45 dollars worth of food. I fed my family and had a few pieces. Normally i can eat one or two pieces and be full but i ate two thighs and im still starving.

12 piece bucket of chicken with 4 sides and 4 biscuits. The sides are toddler sized at best. It’s barely enough for one person. Absolutely Terrible “Mother’s Day Deal”
I showed up 10 minutes later than the pick up time to give them time for such a large order. My side bags were ready and I was told they were waiting on the chicken. Almost 20 minutes later I finally got my order. Cold fries, chicken sandwiches and mash potatoes and warm coleslaw.
