Leona and the other KFC staff were awesome and very accommodating!! We had a large food order needed for the same day for a local industrial facility shutdown crew and they made it happen! Very happy with the service and the food was GREAT too!! We’ll be back next shutdown 🙂

Tried 3 times at the drive thru to get them to hear our order correctly. Pull up and the fat manager has a napkin between her ear and the headset. Guess that’s why we got a 3 piece instead of a 2 piece. I get it, the headsets are gross. Maybe line the part that touches your ear with a napkin, instead of the microphone that doesn’t.

For what was visible to me, clean store and parking lot. Staff available, friendly, and efficient. Food tasty frfr – not greasy or cold, warm, just right. Still don’t get why somebody long ago decided pickles & chicken on a sandwich go together and most people run with it (for me not at all ) …. No ice available. Ice is not a necessity for me on a very cool evening in March. Absolutely would visit this store again. Thank You!!

They really need to fire the whole night crew. All they do is stand around and not work. Orders take over 20 minutes. They keep the lobby close, pick and choose who they allow through the drive-thru. Straight lazy workers. Most of the time the orders come out wrong. It’s so sad to see workers ruin what used to be a great place.

Buyer beware! I’d rank this lower but it won’t let me. Unbelievably bad service! Ordered food and hour and a half from pick up time. Not ready when we got there. No apology, no explanation clearly the manager didn’t care. How can you run a business in this fashion and survive, You’ve lost a customer and the business of everyone at the gathering, That we relied on you to feed!

Ordered through drive thru was asked to pull around to the side of the building and they would bring it out waited 20 minutes called to see what was taking so long and I am still waited another 10-15 minutes. Worse service ever will never eat here again

The manager had napkins between her ear and the headset, which is why I had to pay extra for food I didn’t want, incorrect food, and had to beg for a straw and a receipt.

3-21-23 at 8:30 they had no food and their drive thru speaker didn’t work either?! Oh they were rude!! Every single time this happens in the exact scenario of speaker not working and being out of food, it’s because lazy employees don’t want to work. I’m not stupid!
