Ordered through Uber Eats because I had a $25 off promo and that’s the only way to justify paying current day KFC prices.
Food was pretty good. Driver waited a long time, which I guess tracks based on the other reviews. Sealed bag marked 1 of 1, missing two of my sides. Can’t say I’d recommend this location based on this experience combined with the other reviews.

Yesterday I happened to be in the area taking care of business and decided to place a drive thru order for me and my family. I placed my order around 6:54pm not knowing they close at 8 (more on this later). At the drivethru I noticed there were cars waiting as the store was busy and those customers had to wait for an employee to bring their order out. I was then told I would be joining that group. After waiting an abnormal amount of time, I decided to go inside as I also wanted to make sure my order was correct and to get my desired sauces. Once inside, I noticed no employees were coming out with orders for those before me which was also odd. Mind you I was in there for about 15/20min. So I saw the young man who took my order and acknowledged him so he could know I’m still waiting. Meanwhile, there was another young man who prepared himself to leave for the day as his shift was over. So now I’m preparing to speak to the elder white woman employee who’s at the register. I explain who I was and what order I was waiting for. There is only one way in/out for the employees to enter/exit so I would be able to catch my order. Someone eating inside came up with half her food gone the other half on her tray. She was complaining about how she is still waiting on the rest of her order. So I thought wow, this is not good. She then asked for a box to put her food in as she no longer wanted to stay as her food got cold. Another guy came in and placed his order and complained the prices went up as he wasn’t prepared to pay $40 for the 4 items he got. I too thought my bill was too high but trying to be understanding of the recent tariffs. I finally get my food and immediately exit as I’m ready to go home. I get home to realize I am missing 3 items: coleslaw, chicken & biscuit with the Mike’s hot honey sauce. I really didn’t feel like driving back up there as it’s now 7:55pm. I call and it rings and rings . The elder white lady answers and I explain to her the situation. She never showed any empathy yet instead said “there are kids working here who mess up from time to time, just come up here with your receipt and you have until 8pm.” I said excuse me and told her I understand however, may I please have my regular size coleslaw upgraded to a large for my inconvenience as I don’t live close. That one question set her on fire! She said “it never ceases to amaze me that people feel entitled to ask for upgrades over a simple mistake.” I was floored as I didn’t expect that brass response. I said “so you’re upset with me because the employees working who made my order failed to do quality control checks on my order before sending it out?” Wow! She started explaining herself and I didn’t want to hear and told her I’ll be up there to speak to her. I then realized I’m not about to rush when there is always tomorrow especially when time is of the essence. So I called back and explained that I will instead come tomorrow. She said they opened at 11am. She asked when will I be there I said didn’t tell her a time as I don’t want my food spat in and I don’t want no old food. I asked who do I need to speak to and how will this be handled so I won’t run into any problems trying to get these items that I’ve already paid for. She said I’ll take your name down and the items your missing. I said ok and that was that. I came back up today and she wasn’t there lol. The young men and there was a black/latino manager up front. I explained to him the situation. He immediately made my order and didn’t put me through the treatment she did. I even got a free small drink to go. She could take a how from his book. I left a message for corporate also as sensitivity training for customer service needs to be implemented.

This location is a sick joke. I ordered mashed potato’s and gravy and didn’t realize they didn’t give gravy until I got home. Had to drive back and the employee gave a fight about giving the rest of the order. Get back home only to find this moldy biscuit in the chicken box. This location should be closed down. An overpriced, inedible joke.

I ordered via the KFC app and likely won’t make that mistake again for this location. There are several signs of water incursion in the dining area and above the pickup counter, so there’s no telling what’s going on in the back. One of the warmers was broken and unable to hold the food at temperature but was still being utilized to hold food which can lead to risks of foodborne illness. I am a cicgender male with a full beard and was greeted by an employee as “ma’am” and when I pointed out the health hazards and my desires to get a refund I was directed to a sign that the franchise owner does not give refunds.

Very disappointed in my order accuracy. I placed an online order and an order through the drive through. I placed my order and told them I was also picking up an online order. At the pick up window I told them the same. I also asked for butter and honey at the window. The young lady nodded her head and repeated butter and honey. I get home and I’m missing a lot of my order. There were people behind me and I didn’t want to go through the order to make sure it was all there but if there is a next time I will know to check it thoroughly.

Order from the app for “quick pick-up”…
The order was not ready at the time provided by the app, had to wait another 10 or so minutes.
I had to contact support for a missing item because I could not get through to the store for a busy phone line.
One of the meals was missing, which support chat did refund. But still if the receipt is attached to the bags, drinks, etc… it should be double checked. Plus it states how many bags or items you are to receive…”1 of 3″ for example.
I will say the biscuits are amazing, and could eat a few buckets of them alone.
Skip the Mac and cheese bowl, it’s just average.
The famous bowl is pretty good. Hard to mess up mashed potatoes with chicken chunks and gravy.
The chicken is always pretty good. Made to your likeness.
The staff was a little confused upon arrival to this order, then told me to park anywhere. Okay. Gentleman who brought out the food was friendly.
Overall it’s okay for something different, not cheap by any means. Probably short staffed. This is why we don’t visit KFC too often.

(Update)- My son forced us to eat here again. They didn’t have any chicken. I tried to contact corporate- no response. I was refunded. A few weeks later he asked again- no chicken again!
(Original review) I have to be honest- it kind of feels like this KFC wants to close but isn’t willing to ‘pull the plug.’ My wife was gone for the weekend so my boys and I decided to get some chicken.
When I arrived at the restaurant I found out that the lobby closes at 6. The run-down drive thru is open until 9 (or so). I ordered through the app.
I called to check on my food and they said they didn’t have crispy chicken legs. They person I spoke with was nice and threw in extra wings to accommodate. However, I asked if they were making more and he said no because they were thinking about closing.
This was 7:30 and they close at 9:00. This means they were planning on not having any crispy chicken legs for their final hour and half of work.
We received our food fine. I decided to eat a few fries on the way home. Unfortunately they were old and cold. I’m not sure when they were made but it had to have been longer than an hour. None of us could eat them.
The chicken was good. The bone-in chicken was good. The tenders were ok, but not as good as the nuggets.
All-in-all, not great. I had purchased a chicken sandwich from here a while ago that also wasn’t great. It’s been a while so I decided to give it a try again. It wasn’t a good choice.

Today I watched the employees go from handling money and credit cards at the drive-thru, texting on their phones and then grabbing buns and chicken all with bare hands and not washing in between. This is absolutely disgusting!

Staff is friendly, however food is usually overcooked and side often forgotten. This isn’t a North Olmsted only problem, every KFC I’ve been to is over-priced for mediocre food.
