I live in ashtabula and had to drive out to Geneva to get good food. Geneva KFC was absolutely amazing, food was fresh and hot. The staff was extremely friendly and I got my food before I even had my drink filled. I definitely will be coming back to this KFC. They need to shut down Ashtabula KFC, Geneva shows how the restaurant is supposed to be ran and managed

As dumb as this is going to sound… you can tell when standard operating procedures are followed and no corners are cut and quality is put into a certain location above others!
For starters, my biscuit was delicious! Fresh, flaky and baked to perfection. I’ve NEVER had a good biscuit from KFC EVER! I ordered around 9:15pm and they gave me FRESH CHICKEN!!! I had a 3 whole wing combo extra crispy and it was delicious! To the point where I don’t even want to get food from another KFC location.
Little things get taken for granted, you can tell by the quality and customer service of this location the way it’s being operated they take service seriously. I’m not sure who exactly made my food and took my order I greatly appreciate the experience that I had.

Employees are super nice, and they are always quick, but they also always forget sauces, napkins, and silverware for togo’s. The tenders are good but not good enough to eat without sauce.

We stopped after a doctor’s appointment. Went inside. The work at the counter was very rude in taking the order. My food was place in a bag and thrown on the counter and I never heard her say anything about it being ready. Chicken was very greasy. Never ate it. Went to the bathroom and about died on hiw dirty and the smell was horrible. I will definitely never to stop here again. Pepsi was flat also…
