I used drive thru. Ordered 7 pc meal with 2 mashed and slaw biscuits. When I arrived home the lid to the gravy had popped off and I had gravy all over the chicken and bag was full of gravy. When I called store and spoke to manager she said oh stop by and pickup a gravy. I told her gravy was covering chicken and entire contents in bag. She said oh we have a new guy working here and he’s just learning. No mention of we will replace meal just the gravy. I told her we live about 25 minutes away and she acted like it was no big deal. Meanwhile we lost half the meal and my car had gravy over mat and carpet which I had to scrub and clean. Horrible service and poor management on her part. This was a Sunday afternoon around 3 pm on March 1st. Shame on you if you read this. Do better next time.

Only KFC in the valley I’ll go to! I work next to the one on Wheeling Island & I’d rather go 30 minutes in the opposite direction to go to this store. Food is always great & the staff are friendly & very accommodating to my special requests. I always thank them kindly before I leave for being above the rest!

We ordered online and picked up in drive thru. Our food was ready when requested and was correct. My only complaint was the amount of meat on each piece. Thighs had VERY little meat and mostly breading. Seems to be typical at most KFCs

Placed a mobile order 45 minutes before closing, they confirmed my order, the app said my food was ready to pick up(after waiting 20 minute’s in their parking lot), i went through the drive thru, LIKE THE APP TOLD ME TO DO, for the manager to tell me that they cant make my order, now 25 minutes till they close. I ordered 20 pieces of original chicken and they couldn’t make it because they were going to be closing in 25 minutes. We were out a late dinner and still no refund 12 hours later! I will NOT be returning!

Haven’t had KFC in while few years actually found a 24 dollar deal online the chicken was dry the sides were small. They should have specified the size cause it was 2 spoonfuls for a teenage boy bisquits were also dry I will not be ordering again used to love the food was my fav but they really went downhill

They can’t even read directions and follow them. Ordered two combos. Exactly the same. They sent ONE. The receipt claims my order was checked and double checked but that can’t be true considering the receipt says 2 combos and they bagged and sent only one combo.

Placed an order online to be delivered that was “cancelled” with no notification. Went to the store to order in person and my delivery was sitting there. Been sitting so long that the inside of the bag was covered in moisture, the box and bag inside of that were soggy. Was told that it just got put up but I had been waiting over an hour. Oh and all the ice in my drink had melted and was warm.

Got the wrong drink. Didn’t stress it. Was on the fence anyway. Got into my sandwich first. It was way overcooked. Dry. Didn’t finish. Macaroni and cheese was good. Bit into the thigh. Also dry overcooked. Didn’t finish it either. Told my wife I’m good
She says “that was the worst kfc I’ve had in a long time” she got the tenders. Guess what. Overcooked. Dry. Rubbery.
Don’t get me wrong. The food is good most of the time. But this was a complete was of money on this day.
