Im honestly so over the fact they keep putting gravy on my mashed potatoes EVERY SINGLE TIME I ASK FOR NO GRAVY. In the past two months they have given me mashed potatoes w/o gravy ONCE and that was when I had it dashed.

When I ordered my food through the drive-thru I had to wait at the window to get my food for almost 15 minutes because the manager had to run to the bank and apparently the associate was locked out of the cash register so I had to wait there for 15 minutes waiting for my food and never apologized or offered any extra incentive for waiting there that long that food was not that good and very disappointed with the service

I recently tried ordering the KFC app and was truly shocked at the poor service I received simply because I had mobile ordered. I placed my order and went to the drive-thru to pick it up but I was told I would have to leave the line and come into the restaurant to get my order. It seemed silly but I pulled around and went in. They served 3 drive-thru customers and 1 counter customer that arrived after I entered the restaurant before even beginning my order. After waiting around 15-20 minutes I was finally given my order. When I asked if I would have experienced this wait time if I had not used the app I was told that if I had just ordered normally (not in the app) I would have been served first since I had arrived first and could have remained in the drive-thru. I have never had this unacceptable experience when mobile ordering at any other restaurant in my area. I have no doubt that if there had been more than 4 customers to have arrived while I was waiting they would have stopped any attempt to complete my order and served that person instead. This was a terrible and unacceptable way to treat a customer.

Mike from here is so nice, helpful and patient! We did larger order for my work and we did not write up some things correctly and he was so great about walking through to make sure he got every single order correctly! 10/10 reccomend, its great to see someone so nice and helpful in fast food!

Be aware you’re eating food someone else was eating from and had their slobbery hands all over.
As we’re waiting in the drive through for our food you can see the workers inside preparing food and eating the food with their gloved hands and grabbing customers food with the same slobbered on ate on gloves and throwing the customers food in their bags. They did this over 3 times in a row where they would take food which appeared to be what customers ordered and were eating it and then put the rest of what they didn’t eat into a customers bag. Absolutely disgusting and an unsanitary environment. There was more than one employee doing it and several other employees saw them doing it and didn’t stop them.

Went inside to order using a coupon, stood waiting at the counter for 15 minutes, and no one came out to the front to take the order. Drive through was being served, and there were at least 5 people “working”, but the counter was being completely ignored.

Idk what’s happened with KFC, but seems like they are making a comeback. Visited this location today and the gentleman working was super nice and gave me extra sauce.
My chicken sandwich was hot and the fries were amazing. I actually like them better than the wedges. Also, the dining room was really clean and had some really cute decor.

The cashier, Shiann, was not friendly. The parking lot is hole city, the drive through is worse. A 14 minute wait for biscuits @ dinner time is ridiculous!!!!! I don’t know what’s happening here but they need to get it together

The staff was friendly, and the service was quick, but the chicken just doesn’t seem the same as it was when I was a kid. I like KFC Coleslaw better than other fast-food establishments. Definitely would visit again if I lived in the area.
I’ve noticed most fast-food places have really dropped the ball on food quality over the past several years. Wish they would adopt the food standards of many European countries that have smaller servings but much better quality food.
