The lobby had MOLD!!!! Food all over the floor it stunk so bad walking inside, it smelt like sewage. The gentleman who took my order was very nice but the condition of the lobby was absolutely disgusting!!!! You can tell it’s not cleaned everyday and if the lobby looks like this imagine what the back look likes where they cook the food!

Well they were out of fries no big deal, when we get are food no sauce not a huge deal, forgot are forks and napkins kinda a issue when we had to order sides that requires forks, over all a pretty bad experience maybe it’s just not their day but we were the only people there.

Not clean at all and the staff is less than Pleasant. If you want food poisoning this is the place for you because I can guarantee you 100% that’s what happened to me the night that I had food from here. Never again.

Will never go here again when you walk up to counter no one wants to help you and everything in buffet was nasty some chicken was undercooked could see the blood .the restaurant was so dirty you can tell they don’t clean it even before could sit down had to ask if they could clean a table so we could sit down .was big disappointment.

Can’t get waited on at the front counter nobody will even say anything to you there and when we asked for help the employees were less than helpful. So we left and got a rude good bye from the staff.

We love the food there, but the customer service is horrible. The short red hair girl that works there is the worse, she have the attitude of someone that hates her job and hate people. I am concern of the food the hand to us. So, we will never go back there again…

Stopped for lunch on Monday 4/22/24 while out grocery shopping. Needed to eat so I can take my medicine and decided on kfc since it had been awhile since I had had it(I considered it a treat with the economy the way it as as to why I don’t have it often). I had the 12pc nugget combo, everything tasted fine at the time and I enjoyed it. However, things took a turn for worse upon waking up the next day as I woke with horrific stomach pains/cramping and spent the entirety of the day in the bathroom on the toilet with a trash can I’m front of me, the only thing out of ordinary was my lunch the day before. It wasn’t until Thursday that I was fully back to my normal self. Couldn’t rate any lower then a one star or I would’ve put negative. definitely will not be returning ever.
