It’s apparent that the staff at this particular store doesn’t care about you my cashier Devon ask me three separate times about something that’s not even supposed to be part of my War and it was do I want spicy or regular at no time do I see on the menu that this product comes in a spicy I do know that it can come and barbecue but it’s not on the menu and I wasn’t asked that but three times argued with me about spicy or regular finally I explained to him I want regular with no pickle he apparently is so stupid and focused on spicy products that he can’t remove the pickle off my salmon which means if I get going down the road I have the sandwich that is overwhelming flavor of pickle because he apparently doesn’t want to do his job the way he supposed to do it I don’t think I’ll return to this particular KFC ever again there is no reason why he has to make things complicated but apparently he’d rather make it complicated instead of just doing what the customer asks

New Nuggets… Not worth $9.99 because somebody can’t count nuggets. Supposed to be a 12-piece. Only got 10 and one was like a little baby quarter of a nugget. Fries were cold. Not too great

This is a wonderful KFC. Being from Pittsburgh and taking trips west on I 70 I often stop in Cambridge. The staff here is super friendly and its very clean. They do a great job serving up the KFC classics w a smile.

Stop in about 2 hours before close and get you some KFC famous spoiled sweet tea and when you mention it they look at you like you’re the idiot and say well it’s the end of the night oh ok I get it we all get spoiled food and drink at the end of the night definitely lost my business and a few others

Was the only car and waited at least 14 minutes on food. Then drove all the way home to find out they forgot items. I never used to be that way at this location but this is not the first occurence. Definitely need to tighten up the weaknesses.
