Chicken came out of the fryer hot and was fresh but the skin fell off of it and it was greasy as heck. I have a love for the biscuits since I was a kid but they were hard this evening. I usually have a great time at this location maybe next time? sad

I was just at this location and twice in a row I got the old crappy hot wings. I even asked the lady if they were fresh she said yes with a smile. Now her service is great, but if we pay for this food I don’t expect it to be old!! Even the nuggets in the famous bowl are old. Not hard to throw out the old and bring in new. Or tell a customer u don’t wanna serve old if we can wait for a few mins. I know that’s all it takes.

Recieved a very kind apology today that was much appreciated.

WENT Through drive thru at 345 on Tuesday October 7 2025, spent 41 for cold soggy chicken, the family sized mashed was only 2 measured tablespoons same with cole slaw. Only 1/4 full bisquits were still all in one Chunck! Not even separated had to ask for bitter which the young lady acted as if it was a inconvenience, we’ve always had good food and service this was HORRIBLE, !

Wow! Drive through attendant was super awesome , friendly and personable. He is what ALL drive through attendants should be! For reals!!! Had a fantastic drive through experience and definitely will be back,, hoping I have him again lol. Cute mini bucket presentation was nice. French fries were actually hot and delightful! A rarity in fast food restaurants nowadays! I’m pleased with my experience today. Kudos to the drive through team! Happy eating and Godspeed everyone!

We stopped by tonight and got the $5 fill up boxes for our family. We also got a large mashed potato and gravy. We spent just under $27 for 5 people. The meal was great. It hit the spot for dinner.

Did a online order for 5pm and got the notification it was ready went inside to get it and nobody even acknowledged I was standing at the counter until I had said to anyone that would listen if there was a online order ready because we got the notification that ours was. A young girl finally came up and said that that was what they was working on. So my suggestion would be to not send out notifications out if it’s not, also maybe tell them no matter what your doing acknowledge every customer that comes through your doors even if you can’t get to them at that moment.

Order food and put on app what time I needed it to be picked up decided to go in 15 min early to use facilities and wait on food so I knew it would be hot and food was already done. It was sitting on the counter. They did not put it on the counter when i was there. It was just sitting there. I went to counter at 545 my pickup time and after using the restroom and checked food, and it was cold. I know it sat longer than 15 minutes. They called me a liar. I wouldn’t recommend ordering food ahead of time from this place. The manager was rude. And refused to give number to district manager or any number to call and make a complaint. The manager was so mean that my 63 year old wife cried. They said there policy is to not take back food or remake it. Spent $29.41 for cold food and the whole order wasn’t even there missed the chicken and biscut out of a 2 PC combo how hard is it to put 2 combos together not being busy and leave the chicken and biscuits out. Talked to them last night, and they refused to give me back 29.41. They would only give me back 18. When I talked to them I didn’t realized that half my order was missing. I told him i did want the 18 i wanted to talk to district manager. He said to give him a chance to make it right. He said he give me online credit in my account 20 dollars. Well he only gave me 5. This is not what was promised. I called again and requested the district manager to call me and they refuse to give that message to the district manager. I again was told they would give me 20 dollars and again they only gave me 5. I have been put through so much mental and emotional stress. I have not been compensate as promised. I have no plans to ever eat at kfc again. So that 10 dollars is never going to be used. I have been lied to by online employess and the store. Every time I called I ask for a Manger and they totally refused to let me talk to one and now they blocked my number.
