I was at your drive thru today. Waited almost 30 minutes to get waited on. I ordered 3 piece box all legs all crispy with mash potatoes gravy and Cole slaw. Not what I received at all. Sad I won’t be back for awhile, you need to get your restaurant in order

Ordered KFC 12 strip meal (spending $65) & when I got it, it wasn’t worth the money at all. None of the containers was full with sides ordered (was actually 1/2 full). Mac & cheese was stuck together disgustingly, didn’t get any sauces, food was very unsatisfactory. I definitely won’t order again & definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Took the family to get dinner after fishing, we got there at 10 pm. I understand y’all close at 10:30 pm but that’s no reason to tell a customer who would have spent close to $70, that y’all can’t make the food we was gonna ask for bc y’all was going to be closing. We went and spent $67 at Taco bell instead bc y’all refused us.

Ordered a 16 piece meal with 4 mashed potatoes and gravy plus 2 macaroni and cheese and 2 coleslaw. Ended up with 12 pieces of chicken and all together 2 combined( instead of 4 ) mashed potatoes a 1coleslaw combined paid $70.00 for a 12 piece meal.

Ordered a 16 pc tender meal with 4 large sides and biscuits and another large cole slaw on the app. It came to $53.38. The tenders were small compared to Cane’s in my opinion. They didn’t give me any butter or honey for the biscuits and they forgot to give me my extra order of large cole slaw which was $5.19. DO BETTER KFC!! For that price. I should at least get everything I ordered

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. The manager (I’m assuming) forgot to give us our receipt, and we noticed once we got home we were missing an item. We called and she told us to come in and she’d fix it. Great. So we drive all the way back over just for her to let us wait in line and get to the drive thru and tell us (rudely) we didn’t order that item (we did, she confirmed it and asked if we need anything else.) then we asked for a receipt since we didn’t receive one. She proceeds to go somewhere around the corner and then hollers our order out. So she refused to give us our receipt. Terrible service, will not go back. This was around 3:50pm on Monday, December 9th.
