My husband and I stopped here for a bite to eat after the cruise in in Wauseon. The restaurant itself is just gross. You stick to everything you touch. The tables, the chairs/seats, and there’s a visible greasy layer of crud every where you look. Sadly, it’s beyond a deep cleaning.. A remodel is this place’s only hope and is long over due!

Placed order at Drive thru. They made every car pull forward and wait. I waited 20 minutes in my car before going inside to get my own food. Only to find out they gave my order to someone else. After 20 minutes of my own break time I couldn’t afford to wait any longer. I just left. Paid money to just sit in their parking lot and not get any food

Their is a pot hole dip at the drive through speaker , I had called in the order, and when I got their they had ran out of chicken ,and we had to waite for 25 min. Then when it was ready, we had to waite 8 min. For the biscuits. Ugh. The worst experience ever. The drive thru worker was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience for her to do her job. The manager was no help and it became clear why the place runs like it does. Too bad there isnt negative stars to rate this place!

Ordered a chicken pot pie for lunch at the drive thru as i work down the street was eating and started choking from an inch and a half long chicken bone that got caught in my throat. Glad i have co-workers that think and react quickly. Would never go back and there seems to be no accountability here.

we took our family of 5 there was a quick supper that was no where near quick!! they were SO SLOW!! their inside register was not working after they tried to run my card twice, they finally ran the card on the drive thru register… which finally went through. later we realized that all 3 times they ran the card it went through and charged our card… so instead of paying $32 for our food we paid $96!!!! I’ve called trying to get a refund and they won’t do anything saying I have to prove they overcharged me and go there with my bank statement. their customer service is non existent!! then the food was TERRIBLE!!!! the chicken in my sandwich was so hard I almost chipped a tooth on it. the tables and chairs were FILTHY!! I will never be going here again and will be telling everyone I know not to go either!!

Overall, not a good experience. My family and I walked inside and began to look at the menu. A few minutes later a girl came to the register and told us it is not dine in service. So we ultimately had to order the food and take it to eat somewhere else. After we ordered we waiting in a line at the end of the counter to get our food. Some guy walked in and said he got a messed up order, and did not receive one of his drinks. He began to get loud with the employee, but she handled the situation very well.
