The first interaction with the cashier (who I presumed is the manager) was not a pleasant one. The 1st words that came out of her mouth was we close in 30 minutes, and it was 8:20. The door says 10 pm for closing. I asked her if she was gonna kick me out at 9, and she replied yes the dining room closes at 9pm. I was in there 40 minutes before the close. Things got worse from there. The fries were hard, so I asked an employee to remake them and she said sure it will be 5 minutes. Seconds later Mrs happy as mentioned previously comes out and says “I am not remaking these”. I told her she could refund me for my entire meal and then she says I can give you another side but we are out of fries. Straight up lying through her teeth. The chicken nuggets were cold and rubbery. It does not matter how anything else tasted cause at this point. The entire evening at this place was ruined. I drove over to Wendy’s a had a great meal and really good customer service. The girl (ms.happy) with the big gauges in her ear really needs to get off her horse.

We were waited on by the saddest workers ever. We weren’t greeted. The order was messed up and the workers were not friendly. I had to request sauce and they gave me french fries instead of mash potatoes. They did not talk. The place was slow and the tables were not cleaned off. Love KFC but not this location. Workers need different profession.

Apparently asking for packets of honey gets you an attitude these days. Absolutely despicable service. Can’t even risk calling because the GM will likely not respond in any manner and you risk getting the rude employee who was the initial problem to begin with. Food was good, but won’t be stepping foot in there again. Wasn’t the only customer with this issue that day or within the last week. Employees are hard to come by, but nobody would dare apply to work there with the employee attitude situation they have going on. Corporate will be the next step. Her catch phrase if you ask for any sauce packets not provided in the lobby is “ANYTHING ELSE” accompanied by an eye roll.

Today was the last day I try the KFC/Long John’s in Bowling Green, Ohio. This is the third time I have gone to order a Long John’s meal and have been told, at no later than 6:30p.m., they have no hush puppies. The first time I was told this I said it’s fine then was told there was no Shrimp. The second time I waited behind another car for more than 20 minutes and found out they were out of everything. Tonight I try again and no hush puppies, so I say ok I’ll pass on the Long John’s meal tonight and get a famous bowl instead which I assume is a pretty common order??? And was told the have no nuggets, they are frozen so it would come without the chicken?! I am very aware that it is difficult to get good help but somehow other places manage to do so. What is the point of having a food joint that doesn’t sell any food??

The manager was very rude to my mom when she took her famous bowl back up to get a new one due to literally having small burnt pieces as the chicken, she took it from my moms hands and just through it away and walked away without looking or talking to her. The last time I ordered the chicken on long John side it was so hard I couldn’t even bite into it and that went for my black hush puppies as well. These places around BG need manors and need to realize people spend hard earned money on this to what get food that’s literally garbage. Ps. The fry’s on kfc side smell and taste like fish, every.single.time.

Got chicken planks from the long john silvers menus. Horrible! Put them in a plastic container & by the time (5minute) I got hime they tasted just like the plastic & smelled the same way. Even the dog turn up her nose!
