The counter person did not greet me. I had to initiate contact. My fries were pasty old. My chicken was pasty old. My biscuit was good. My side of Mac and cheese is half full. My fries didn’t stick out of the top as you would expect.

Bought an 8 piece bucket, original recipe. Got home and the chicken was so old it was crispy. Tasted old. I understand they don’t want to waste food, but that was ridiculous. I’m not going back there. Not the first problem I’ve had with them.

The first interaction with the cashier (who I presumed is the manager) was not a pleasant one. The 1st words that came out of her mouth was we close in 30 minutes, and it was 8:20. The door says 10 pm for closing. I asked her if she was gonna kick me out at 9, and she replied yes the dining room closes at 9pm. I was in there 40 minutes before the close. Things got worse from there. The fries were hard, so I asked an employee to remake them and she said sure it will be 5 minutes. Seconds later Mrs happy as mentioned previously comes out and says “I am not remaking these”. I told her she could refund me for my entire meal and then she says I can give you another side but we are out of fries. Straight up lying through her teeth. The chicken nuggets were cold and rubbery. It does not matter how anything else tasted cause at this point. The entire evening at this place was ruined. I drove over to Wendy’s a had a great meal and really good customer service. The girl (ms.happy) with the big gauges in her ear really needs to get off her horse.

This place just gets progressively worse. I gave it one last try last summer and I’d had enough. Seems that standard practice for this place is to put so much breading in the fish that you don’t know what exactly your eating and this is after it gets burnt in old, dirty, nasty oil and comes served with small black particles instead of the classic crumbles that people loved. My last time here was on one of the hottest days of the summer and, naturally, they didn’t have any A/C on. Just nasty. You do get served fairly quickly, especially compared to the one in Maumee but you’re being served lukewarm garbage. The one time I got KFC instead, even that was somehow burnt with black marks on the dried out chicken. Somebody better get these college student employees to realize if you can’t master these simple tasks you’re in for a hard life.

I had stuff missing from my order, I live in Fostoria, Ohio and of course we don’t have a KFC, so I went to the one in Bowling Green, Ohio, because I have an adult child who works in the town so figured since I was in town dropping off, pick up food, Big Mistake. That’s it! I’m giving 2 stars because I believe everyone tries their best.

Wow! Insane service! I have no clue how this place stays open. My two chicken littlest were ice cold. Clearly didn’t even toast the bun. Why? To save time? I’d rather wait 10 more seconds for warm food. But I guess even then the chicken strips were Clearly hours old. The wedges were good. Entire thing of ketchup packets were stuck in a ball of honey. Save your money and go somewhere that cares.

Ate at Long John Silvers, food was horrible. The shrimp were so small that even the ridiculously heavy-salty batter couldn’t make them seem a reasonable size. Food was hot but over salted and nothing more than big chunks of batter with a small amont of protein.

Will never order uber eats again. Rude and disrespectful employees can’t put the order in the bag. Literally half my order is missing and they couldn’t care less ☺️ love when people are can’t think with their brain for once. Hopefully a new crew comes on or management steps in. Door dashed; tea was basically unsweetened, first box was supposed to be 2 thighs and 1 drum and I was given 2 drums and a literal chicken finger. No biscuit. Second box was also supposed to be 2 thighs and 1 drum and I was given a breast with weird white stuff on it, a wing and another chicken finger. No biscuit. I feel super ripped off, I called the store twice and it rang until it hang up.

Can’t rate the food, pulled up at 8:25 p.m. and the lobby was closed even though the sign says open till 10:30 p.m.! I was directed by an employee inside sitting in the lobby to go to the drive thru….im in a semi truck that’s parked in the middle of the road…not gonna make it through the drive thru. I called inside and spoke with another gal who seemed extremely bothered that I called, I asked if they were closed and she said no. I asked if I could order dinner and she says they’re cleaning their fryers which is why the lobby is closed….2 HOURS BEFORE THEY CLOSE! This place is a joke, food was sub-par last time I ordered anyway…probably did me a favor! No hospitality, poor customer service, and an establishment that closes whenever they want…screw the customers!!!
