I stopped at the KFC 3819 E. Broad St.
Around 2:23 pm on 11/26. I am always nice to people who work in food service but the women at the window obviously needed to take today off. She presented through the drive thru unfriendly. I told her what drinks I wanted 3 times then she said go to the window. She never told me the total. When I got to the window she looked as if she could chew nails without hurting her teeth. I said hello to her and she barely muttered hello back. When she began filling my drinks and I corrected her regarding what deink I wanted she snapped at me saying she never heard me say that, then rolled her eyes. When I asked for my receipt, you would’ve thought I yelled at her because of her reaction.

I do hope not all the workers at this location don’t behave this way. I also hope her day or night gets better.

At the Drive thru; bought a 8pc bucket w/2sides, I was told to pull over& someone will bring my order. The wait wasn’t bad it’s the fact that the person only brought me the bucket&not the sides, I explained it was missing and SHE told me to go back through the drive thru bc they didn’t give it to her to bring out…the young lady’ legs&arms work completely fine BUT she was walking away refusing to do her job. I went & got my sides ALREADY KNOWING that I will not return. I get home, 5mins away in a car only to find out the food is Luke warm and ALL of the “legs” were split open to the bone….???Their timer don’t work?? Overall, I don’t recommend THAT location. Unless you are in desperate need to eat.

We ordered on the KFC app and we wanted to come in to check our order but the doors were locked. We came through the drive thru and the order was quickly handed to us. We asked why the doors were locked because this was before 6pm and the lady at the window said because they are and slammed the window shut. We drove away and checked our food. The 2 fries ordered were cold and hard like they had been sitting out for hours. The large sweet tea received was a cup of urine. 2 of my family members almost drank it until they noticed what it looked and smelled like. We were furious but didn’t want to go back to the restaurant because of how horrible the service was and after the “tea” incident afraid for our health. I wanted a full refund for my order and for someone to inspect this location because what they are doing in there is unsanitary and illegal!

Follow Up : After notifying corporate all they gave was an apology, some KFC points, and a $5 refund for the tea and fries. The whole meal was ruined. Seems they don’t care for their customers much.

About 6:30 on Tue, July 29th, my wife and purchased the 7 Piece (Extra Crispy) w/ 2 sides for $20. We both experienced food poisoning.

Threw away leftovers.

We order the new 3 pieces honey bbq about 5:30pm. The chicken was not all the way cook, it had too much sauce on it. The fries was over cook too hard. For three slime covered chickens hard biscuits and fries. It was $10. But the 2 piece was $5. It’s had to be the worst experience I had with KFC. Never going back. Plus the window lady had a attitude

My son and I entered the doors on a rainy day. The yellow caution sign was directly in front of door. I walked and was quickly abled to go around it, but my son foot touch it and it instantly fail. Because we could get into the good, the black lady, i think the manager, said, “Can you pick that up” Who tells costumers to pick up nasty signs or anything for that matter like we work there. We i was headed to the rest room and she told me if we were not going to order anything, we could not use the restroom. Is that a thing now? So we just left.

It is clear from all the one star post that this black lady manager have been allowed to treat people this way for a very long time and Corporate does not seem to care about its reputation. I think they will hear us better if we boycotted KFC.

Customer service terrible drive thru. Order wasn’t made correctly. chicken was burnt. Third time I came to KFC in a week. And they didn’t have what I want. Just all around bad service.

I got to the speaker they said there is a 5 minute wait due to shift change okay that was fine. I ordered then I got to the window and the lady asked me again what I ordered I told her and I only got half of it. & everything was cold and was incorrect. the cashier keiwan was very rude & didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. The guy that handed me food had a massive attitude fix it.
