Off the start I was told there was no bathroom available. Fine. I went to Kroger and came back. Food was decent. While I was eating a “regular” came in and used the restroom. So then I did too. While I was eating for some reason the dining area had to be closed. I was forced to leave so I just packed up the rest of my meal and left. I will never go to another KFC in my life until you fix this one!! And I will spread this all over the internet. This restaurant is a disgrace to your good name.

This pot pie is so dry. The chicken is spicy. It has no vegetables in it. This is the worst pot pie ever. KFC is horrible for this.

I ordered 2/3pc tender meals. Both orders of tenders tasted old and dry. Not sure if it was from the day before or just had been sitting under the warmer for a long time. The chicken was super super dry even after dipping them in the sauce. Very chewy and unpleasant to eat. Also the pop came out SUPER warm!! As always I order drinks without ice and it still comes out cold, but not here. The drinks were luke warm. The drinks got colder just by sitting in the car due to cold weather. The cashier did make us fresh wedges. She was very attentive and nice. The vibe in the store was great. Playing music that everyone was singing along to as we waited on our food. Had a bit of a wait for our food, but that was only due to the fresh wedges. I can honestly say I will not be returning to this location. Thanks but NO THANKS KFC!! “1990 E. Main st. Columbus Oh.”

DO NOT eat at this place. Employees do what they want. No hurry to get orders out. Manager more worried about doing holiday hours than to manage him team. Took them close to 30 minutes to get our simple order. Manager finally decided to help out… mind you with no hurry to help get the orders out to the 6-8 people in the restaurant. They only employee who had their chit together was the girl handling drive thru. If you want mediocre food, mediocre service then go here. Not one single person running this place have any desire to move fast. They have the speed of a banana slug.

Ordered my food here today. This KFC is close to my house, so I come here often. Usually I don’t care that the drive thru is slow or they take awhile on the speaker. I get being short staffed and finding good workers. Today though, they were just rude. The women taking order just could not confirm if they could make this certain meal spicy or not… thats all. I asked for clarification and she just had attitude to give and a very smart remark.

I’m a doordasher so I had to stop at this KFC for a customer. Doordash instructed me to make sure the biscuit was in the box because it is often missing. When I asked the employee said no, then yes and then told me she didn’t like to be asked dumb questions. When I asked to speak to management she told me she was management. SMH I was very unhappy leaving this store.

This really sucked it toke for ever just to get food. I mean a drive thru supposed to be fast, but nobody said anything at the speaker at the window toke like 20 minutes just to get my order placed and the guy at the window customer service, do they even know what that is? Had to have dinner for my kids and it was the closest store, but I’ll definitely not wasting my time there ever again.

Second time in a row I’ve waited 5+ minutes at the drive through with no line inside or out and no one even tried to take my order.
Edit: third time I pull through with no line, no customers, and got someone on the radio who told me that it was 15+ minutes to get chicken, maybe I should come back later.
I truly do not understand why this location is here or how it makes money at this point.
