My wife and I enjoy the KFC here in Lancaster. The food is always good and the service exceptional! We each had the two piece chicken meal with a biscuit, mashed and gravy. There are some good coupons available if you keep an eye out for those.

Ordered 3 combo meals without drinks at the drive thru. When at window to pay I ask how much off for no drink and was told 10 cents. I offered to add the drink and I’d pay the extra. I was told no it’s too late already rang up. At that time I hadn’t received my order. When I expressed my displeasure it went down hill fast. No name calling or derogatory remarks were made on both sides. The poor window took a beating as it was slammed shut. Another employee came to the window and threatened me with calling the cops. No, I wasn’t holding the line up. No one was behind me. I filled out the corporate feedback survey and after giving name and phone number checked box for someone to contact me within 48 hours. It’s been 4 days now and all I’ve heard is crickets…nothing. Needless to say is I’ll never go back nor will many family and friends.
BTW…my comment at the window was, 10 cents is an insult. For that amount I’d just dump it on the ground.

Great food. The line was long but moved quickly. I don’t eat KFC very often, but I’m so glad I got some today. It hit the spot. I got the $30 bucket. This was the first time I’ve had their chicken tenders. I’ll be going back soon for those. I ordered a lemonade which was terrible. I won’t be doing that’s again.

Picked up 2 meals 9/24/21, they were out of original chicken breast. 10 minute wait so I took the crispy. Got a chicken sandwich with fries Mac N cheese and coleslaw. No fries and the coleslaw had a piece of plastic in it and didn’t receive the plastic ware. They were not busy when I was there!! Where has the good help gone?? Last few times I have went through the drive thru the order has been messed up.

This was at 5 stars until I just edited it. This restaurant was the best but now in the past couple months they increased prices and blamed it on the pandemic, and the quality just got much lower. Twice recently I ordered a 3 piece tender meal and received 3 tiny dried up cold tenders and a round hunk of old crust or something. The biscuits are always tough and old now. They forget the butter, the cookie, the sauce. Not impressed.

The menu light in our drive-thru is always broken has been for months. I work late so by the time I get there you can’t see the menu. And the food is subpar. Not like it used to be. And I swear the mac and cheese recipe has changed cuz now it just sucks. But the people are nice.
