When I walked in I got warm welcomes from the staff. My food was fresh and tasted amazing. I was having some trouble figure out what I wanted to eat because it had been a while since I had been there, and the staff was so nice and understanding and helped walk me through their most popular items that others seem to like. The tall woman manager that was there was helping the employees and creating such a positive environment. Overall very good, I will for sure be coming back.

This place was locked up and only drive-through was open. AC was down? Person who took order was efficient but when I tried to explain to him their order board was not user friendly and why, he brushed me off. The food was atrocious.. biscuit was a rock, the chicken fingers were dried out and had shrunk, from being held well beyond any type of standard. We were traveling or I would have gone back to get my money back.

The chicken nuggets were old, spicy and shriveled up like crumbs in the bottom of a bag. The corn was hard like it had been sitting in the warmer all day. I ordered 2 breast and one thigh meal and got 2 things and a leg. The GM was extremely flirty and made me uncomfortable.

Horrible experience, gave this place 4 chances and to be honest last time I do. Service is just horrible regardless of volume in lobby. It jus keeps getting worse. This location does not deserve any stars.
The location does not have anyone at the location however they serve you old chicken wings.
When I asked if they can fix some fresh chicken wings they said it would be 15 minutes to wait I asked then for a refund and they said they do not do refunds. So I then waited 25 minutes for the chicken wings.
I received the chicken wings with blood coming from the exterior I pulled some skin off of the chicken wing to see the interior was not cooked as well. I have included pictures with this the manager was not available for me to talk to her however no one was inside the location or outside the location place in the order.

The rating on this store should be lower than what they got. store is dirty, workers cant do there job correctly. Ordered 8 pc tndr meal and got 7. Ordered saucy nugget meal and it looked like he got what was left in bottom of bag for $10.00. Ordered 12 pc nugget and didn’t get them and ordered a 3 pc meal all for $61.00. Had to go back on my gas and time to get it sorted out and the worker says well we through in 12 nuggets in the saucy which basically looked like crumbs and he said I don’t cut the nuggets up. And told me not to basically disrupt the customers cause i showed them what $10.00 of saucy nuggets gets you. He tried to rectify the situation by giving me a little chocolate cake in which I don’t eat chocolate. Never again will I give this place my business and hopefully neither will you.

Why have your hours listed til 10pm if your locked up tight no where does it state on door if its lobby or drive thru. Your only hurting yourselves as your losing business to a huge amount of us truck drivers good thing there’s McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Wendy’s and several others open for us.

I entered at 6pm. There was just 1 guy in line ahead of me. I was FINALLY able to place my order at 6:23pm. He tries to give me “my order” at 6:40pm. The order is WRONG. When I point out that it’s wrong he apologized but warned me it would be at least 15min longer to fix it. I was short on time (lost 40min already) and had to go.
The drinks also tasted really bad(improper mix ratio). The fries were COLD. Ended up throwing all of that out too. The tables in the dining room were dirty. The drink station was nasty. All the trash cans were overflowing.
There was just 3 people in sight during all this time. Running short staffed is sad when this is the result.
