It’s Tuesday October 21 and there supposed to do the 8 piece bucket deal for 10$ or the meal for 20. I got an extra side Mac and cheese my total was somehow 33$ !! Got home my chickens skin is falling off a quarter of a bowl of corn used to be my favorite kfc only place that did it right but everytime I’ve gotten it recently it’s gone wrong, last time I got 3 things of mashed potatoes instead of all my other sides. Also my biscuits were in the chicken bucket instead of the box its supposed to be.

Today is March 3 2026 it was 6 PM when I went. Health inspector needs to be there to investigate this place. Went through drive-thur. there was a giant puddle of dirty looking water. One of the male workers was wearing croc shoes He kept slipping and sliding when he was trying to walk around the water. None of them were wearing gloves while handling the food. One male worker the one who had on regular work shoes. Went from register to Food, food to the register without washing hands. Where the heck was the manager at the time? Why are they allowing that place to look so disgusting?

I went there to order food I waited for over 10 minutes no one came to help me, I only saw 1 guy going back and fourth looking at me, but he didn’t thinking of coming to help me. He was wearing a red hoodie with a black jacket on. This has happened to me multiple times at this location with different people. I dont recommend going here at all and if I could give zero stars I definitely would.

Walked the guy working there was sitting on the counter and didn’t even greet me. He got off the counter and and got his phone before he even talked to me! I finally ordered and got the hot wings and they were terrible! Not fresh very hard and disgusting. Worst $18 I’ve ever spent. Probably won’t ever go back!

The worst KFC I have ever been to, both in the quality of food and the quality of service. My experience was so terrible that I will never eat at KFC again. That might seem dramatic, but I’m committed to this decision after reaching out to corporate about my experience and receiving nothing more than an email acknowledging my complaint. The food I received was overcooked yet cold, missing an item, and the biscuit looked like it had been crushed in a fist and thrown into the box. After driving all the way back to the store (I live quite far away), the night manager, who had gold teeth and went by the name “Tay Tay” told me that they will give me the missing item, but they will not replace the cold and overcooked chicken with fresh chicken, and they will not compensate me for the time I had wasted having to return. Instead they would leave a note for the general manager and I would have to come back tomorrow, so long as I agree that I won’t request any further compensation for my experience. I said that I do not agree to this, and Tay Tay told me that they are “refusing service” because they didn’t like my attitude and refused to give me my missing menu item. For clarification, I asked “so KFC is taking my money and refusing to give me what I paid for?” and they confirmed that yes, this is the case. Corporate has done nothing for me. It’s no wonder that KFC is failing and shutting down locations across the country/world when they are employing and defending people like this. This location should be the next to be shut down. When sharing this story at my workplace, a coworker stated that they had food poisoning from this location. No amount of nostalgia could ever convince me to return to this entire brand/franchise and the joy of sharing a bucket of chicken with friends and family would be better left alone as a memory than to be tainted by experiencing the disgrace that is KFC today.

This was my first time visiting this KFC location. I received THE BEST customer service I could have asked for. The two young ladies were exceptionally friendly and were working hard. This was my first time out of the house in over a month, because I had a total knee replacement last month. I need to add that before I came here I was at another location and walked out because I waited for 20 minutes and was never waited on. The sad thing is that I was the only customer in line. The staff never acknowledged me and when I asked if anyone was working the register, they just looked at me. I will be giving that location a bad review. The two young ladies at the Grove City location (I apologize girls, I am horrible with names), are the epitome of excellent customer service. They acknowledged as soon as I walked in the door and were very sweet and friendly. Thank you for the great customer service and hospitality. Because of these two young ladies, I will ALWAYS go to this location.

So I ordered off the app to hope it would be ready by time I got there. I went through the drive thru. It seemed like the van in front of me was ordering the whole menu. Finally got to the speaker I told them I had placed a order through the app. All she told me was pull around hopefully it will be ready by the time you get here. The van was in front of me was taking forever at the window as well. Finally got to the window. She tried saying I was ordered the car behind me. I said I was the mobile order. Gave her my name again. She told me she was going to have to wait for it even though she told me it might be ready by the time I got to the window. She has me pull into a parking spot but it was hard to see because their outside lights are not turned on. Are they trying to tell people that they aren’t open? It is a safety hazard for them and customers that come through. I am going to assume this woman is a manager. She seemed like she didn’t want to work so she definitely needs to find a new job if she doesn’t want to work.

Went through the drive thru to get some dinner. I made my order then pulled around to the window to pay for my food and immediately the vibe was off. Then someone else handed me my order and their vibe was off too. I just had a feeling something wasn’t right. Got home, opened up my chicken tenders and they looked burnt. Tasted it and it was way overcooked, dry and stringy. The mashed potatoes was a small bowl (without a lid) thrown inside of a bigger bowl and it was spilling everywhere. I took a bite of the biscuit and it wasn’t cooked all the way through. Tried to call the restaurant to let them know about the food and no one answered. By far the worst KFC I’ve been to.

A police report is being made for the assault that happened there tonight around 6:45 pm tonight. 2 workes at this location followed an innocent customer outside and brutally assaulted him in the parklot while all the other employees watched. This is a disgrace to KFC!
