Well to start with had to make two trips back in,because I was missing items. That should of been a clue on how everything else was going to go. We got individual size portions in the large containers even though we ordered large ones. The chicken was dry, cold, and nasty tasting. The biscuits were the worse . I couldn’t even get a fork in one because it was harder than a rock, infact every one of them were hard. The coleslaw tasted of chemicals. There is no way I would serve that to paying customers. This is unacceptable. This KFC could do a lot better!! I felt robbed! I paid over 33 bucks for food that could not even be eaten!

Phil robbed by a corporation running through the drive-thru or the K4 which happens to be a three chicken strip meal and this is what I’m served it’s clearly garbage and I’m tired of dealing with a corporation walking over the little man so I guess I won’t be returning to this location it didn’t give me a receipt or anything so they made it to where I couldn’t fill out a survey on their end or make it easy to call corporate to complain about the meal
On top of it the meal says on the sign that it’s only $8.99 and apparently I’m charged a $1.02 for tax I’d like to know where the extra dollars going to

Nasty Filthy place! it’s 90F today and we decided to go sit down and cool off with a drink and a snack! $17.98 for coleslaw and a drink. receipt is in the pictures! Air conditioner was broken so it was Hot in there. we get our drinks while waiting on the coleslaw which took 5-6 minutes just to scoop it into a container and get it to us with no other customers in the store except for the girl sitting waiting for her ride with her 20 bags of groceries. As you can see in the pictures the Drink station was a filthy wet sticky mess. Every single table was dirty and had crumbs on them ( zoom in on the pictures) asked the girl working the counter in plain clothes and no name tag if she was the manager and she said no and said that there was no manager in the store today so I told her my concerns which the look on her face blatantly said she didn’t care and something must be wrong with me for expecting a clean table to sit at and eat. Bob Evans right next door has the stinkiest bathroom that smells like the zoo and these people are going for the dirtiest nastiest dining room in Circusville!
I will be calling Corporate later after dealing with my own customers. I’m sure they will want to see the pictures of the dirty tables and the wet floors including the big spill that no one mopped up and just put a wet floor sign over it.
$18.00 and didn’t even get any meat!
Circusville is 26 miles south of Columbus but looks worse than an extension of the South End of Columbus!
And you all wonder why business has dropped off so much over the last few years.

Clean. Professional-ish staff. Wait times excessive. REALLY excessive. Even if it’s not busy in there don’t be fooled. Plan on waiting at least 20 minutes for your order, with no warning, explanation, or apology. It is just how they roll. Best to avoid this location. And, there are no posted ways to contact anyone to provide feedback.

Went through the drive through got 2 famous bowls kid’s popcorn, an individual Mac and cheese, and fish and shrimp meal for almost $40. Famous bowls were like a quarter of the way full no popcorn chicken barely in them. The fish and shrimp meal was very old and hard as a rock. Plus found a long hair in our food and forgot the individual max and cheese. Try to call and you can’t get an answer.

We ordered families dinner we got all but our l5 meal well we saw and ended up getting it. I got home and there’s hair all threw the breading and our frys were all mush. I’ve called to try to get food replaced but I get voicemail every time.

I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but the service and food here is terrible! The past 4 times I have went, I spend $90 on food. Either the food is horrible- hard biscuits, fish over cooked, chicken over done OR the service is crap! Today I was told that there was a 25 minute wait on chicken, I said ok- I pulled up and paid for my food- was told to pull forward and they would bring the food out. I watched SEVERAL vehicles go through the drive through after me- one even pulled up behind me- his food was brought out before mine! When I questioned, I was told he had a mobile order. After waiting 35 plus minutes, my food was brought out. I looked in the bags and was missing half of it. So I walked in and waited for 5 minutes for someone to even to acknowledge me- I told them what I was missing- no apology, just walked away. Several minutes later she comes back with my missing items. Still no apology. What happened to good customer service!
The owner of this location should be ashamed of the quality of food and service!
I by no means am looking down upon any of the staff- but if you don’t like your job and can’t be nice to the customers maybe you shouldn’t be in the customer service industry!

Coleslaw was dry there was no slaw mixture. And I paid 12 bucks for 2 wing dings they were old with no meat on them fat and skin one bite and gone. That’s how small the chicken was.

Absolutely terrible experience, high prices. Waiting in drive thru lane for 20 minutes, they forgot some of the food. Fries were off color, hard and disgusting. Soda had no ice, biscuits were hard, mac and cheese was cold. Terrible. Always have a bad experience at this restaurant
