The atmosphere at this location was phenomenal. The workers were friendly and my food came out very quickly and fresh. The store manager, Markeeta Brown, was so inviting and was telling me a bit about their operations. Markeetas got things running smoothly in Urbana! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I’m not sure why I bother trying to get kfc anymore. Maybe it’s the nostalgia of going every week with my grams but lordy is it not the same.
Use to try sidney’s and they literally never have chicken. No matter the time or day. I thought it was a local problem but here I am giving kfc another chance, at urbana.
And guess what…..no chicken. “Full hold” aka 25 mins lol on top of the wait in line I already waited.

Slacking Packing
I came to this KFC because I’ve never been to this location before. I heard about KFC having a new menu item “Chizza” it’s chicken filets topped with marinara sauce cheese and pepperoni. It was actually pretty decent. Overall, this location is big and clean.

I walked in to order to go. My order was wrong by the cashier named Kayla. My sides weren’t what I ordered but I could have dealt with it if the sides I received were close to edible. The fries were so hard and cold. The Mac and cheese was discolored from being left out for too long. I was missing a piece of chicken, and the chicken I did get looked like it had been on the warmer for a couple hours. I did however get plenty of honey and butter for four rock hard biscuits. If this is how you guys do business then roll out of Urbana so we can get a decent chicken place here! When I. Called the store the woman Kayla lied to me on the phone saying she packed my order herself and it was right. I wouldn’t be so upset with what I received if it was at least fresh. Bottom line is this location did a terrible job for the third time for me… Find new employees and give them a good enough wage to do a good job or close it down.
