So disappointed. Website is very difficult to use. Spent $54 and did not receive what I thought I was ordering. No white meat, no Cole slaw. Be very careful ordering from the website! When I told the manger how disappointed in the website she said “ I don’t know anything about the website, I don’t suggest anyone to use it” . Wow spent $54 and got mashed potatoes, cheese dip, white gravy and brown gravy. They need to take a page out of Chewy.com on how to treat your customers. I will not be ordering there again.

Word of advice – don’t go to KFC for lunch on Mother’s Day. If we hadn’t ordered on the Ap, we would have not gotten to order. They were “no longer taking orders” when we got there to pick up our food. They were so busy they missed our 2 orders of fries, 2 orders of apple poppers & gave us tea instead of blackberry lemonade. ♀️
However, the food tasted good. We will go back but it will probably be on a Tuesday.

I expected better, but it wasn’t terrible. The bucket of chicken was all wings,I did not get my sauces that I ordered, and I requested 4 plates, which I did not receive. (We we’re not eating at home so plates and plastic forks would have been nice, i had to buy some from a truck stop down the road. It’s been a few years sense we have been to KFC bc the last several visits we’re awful, but we decided to give them one more try sense they have been advertising a promise of better food and service. It was better but it wasn’t great, just okay at best.

My grandson ordered the three piece chicken strip meal. None of the three pieces were as big as my thumb. As for me, they were able to squeeze together a 3 piece chicken meal, if I would not order extra crispy. Another group of 4 or 5 left the restaurant because there would be no more chicken for 25 to 30 minutes. All these problems were caused by only having one working fryer.

Things have sure improved definitely enjoyed. The music sounds great with the subwoofer in the back. Also, I think that was the new manager that waiting on us. He seemed to very knowledgeable and professional and everything has improved. He seem to enjoy his job so he needs $10 an hour raise.

I came through the drive thru about a week and a half ago. I tried to be as respectful as I could. I was met by the worst attitude. I ordered a simple sandwich with simple alterations. The only time the woman was nice was when I asked for extras on the sandwich. I forgot to order sauces at the box and she gave me attitude. I won’t be back unless Vickey is there

Consistently get my order wrong, had to drive 20+ minutes back into town to get the RIGHT order. They obviously didn’t have all my order all done so they just threw what they could into my bag. Terrible experience

Went for a quick meal through the drive-through and was told after I paid that the tenders would take a few minutes to pull forward. Waited for 25 minutes and had to leave because I was late for an appointment. Should never wait 25 minutes for three chicken tenders.
