The chicken was great, but what was even better was the extremely attentive customer service. The cashier was friendly and had some good advice on meal choices. But, while we were eating the manager and another employee came by to ask if everything was good and if he could get us anything else. He was a genuinely friendly person who cared about all of his customers. I would definitely recommend going to KFC, not only for the food, but for a good old fashion welcome.

The supervisor or shift manager literally snatched my food back from in front of me no explanation it was a error. Then she proceeded to sneeze over food and continue trying to hand me my bag. I asked for a refund.

I just placed a $64 online order and they failed to give my husband 1/2 the order when he picked it up, and what they did give us was wrong. I tried to call the restaurant and the phone is disconnected. My daughter’s MIL works there so she called her and she had to call one of the workers personal phones so that we could get our order fixed.

Went thru drive thru, was the only person in drive thru. Got to window and paid and they told me to pull to side. 15 mins go by someone comes to my car to tell me it was gonna be another 12 mins for my chicken stripe. I requested my money back as I didn’t have time to wait 30 mins for chicken strips

If it wasn’t for my granddaughter having food issues this place would never see me. She only eats chicken legs and chicken fries and yogurt. So when I have her I always get her 2 chicken legs and usually get myself something also. I got a 2 piece white meal well evidently the person had no clue what the difference between a breast and thigh is because I got a thigh. My supper was a wing and Cole slaw and biscuit. The last time they messed up my order was told that I would receive coupons. I have yet to get them. I’m just over having to waste gas on taking food back. It’s just one thing after another. They kept giving me crispy instead of original for months. Then the biscuits were like dough and now I paid for white meat and got dark. Someone needs to train these workers better..

It doesn’t deserve 1 star. The fellow who took our order knew nothing about the menu and he either had a toothache or was not happy to be there! He was flat out rude. Window was terribly busy. We had to wait 20 minutes that’s too long for a KFC. We didn’t get our sauces and I had to go back a third time to get daughters biscuit. My wing was so tiny I first thought it was from a Cornish hen. The breast, too, was tiny. They cut portions and jack the price up. There were 2 tables that were not dirty. We took one of those, ate what we could and got out. Princeton, KY. I will never go back and every KFC is now associated with that experience.

Okay KFC restaurant. Astonished by the price of the buckets with chicken. Super high. Family meal was a better deal. Bit sticky tables and chairs. Restrooms clean. Food was typical KFC food.

This was the worst food I’ve had in a long time now. The only thing that was 5 star was the woman who took my order was very kind and she did her job wonderfully considering the circumstances. Chicken wouldn’t be ready for about 20 minutes, it was expensive, we didn’t get our sauces in the bag like we had asked for, it looked like a kids meal in my opinion. If I’m paying over $10 for something to eat I expect to get my stomach full and not be digging around in the kitchen when I get home. We will not be going back there. Not as long as I have a say about it.

I picked up a mobile order. No one even knew who’s the order was and the first employee I talked to just said she had no idea who’s was sitting in the window. She just kept hollering back to the other people in the back. Then someone finally came and ripped the bag open quickly looked in it and said it was Felicia, which was me so I took it. I drove home which is about 20 miles away to find that it was missing a mashed potato and gravy and all the biscuits as well as the sauces… Needless to say I wasn’t driving all the way back to get them but my family and I were definitely disappointed.
