The old lady in the drive-thru was super rude. She want to be super fast when I was placing my order, and no asking me about de complement so soon as I got to the window, I asked if she could please add a simple extra mashed potatoes, and her response was that she was too busy and I would have to go back to the end of the line. Are you kidding me?! There wasn’t even anyone behind me, and I hadn’t even paid for my order yet.

Did an online order and arrived shortly after our pickup time, still had to wait 10 minutes to get the order. Chicken was dry and disgusting, the biscuit was hard as a rock and completely inedible. They forgot several items and we had to return to get them. Wedges were ok. Cole slaw was good. Chicken legs were inedible. Fries were cold and inedible. This was our second terrible experience. Thought the first may have been just a bad night but I guess it’s fairly standard here. Prices are outrageous especially for the quality. Went straight in the trash!

Drive through lady was trying her best to break the world record. Literally couldn’t get my order all the way out without her saying “is that all for you”. Mash potato’s had a hard crust on them. Mac and cheese didn’t even touch the walls of the bowl. Smallest portions know to man mind. Ordered the family 12 piece tenders to only get 8. Forgot my drink. I looked at the receipt and everything was rung up incorrectly. But fast food workers want higher wages.

I’m pretty sure I only got half that pizza and it sucked. Tried to forget my fries too. Did ride my bike to transport it but still, got ripped off. I’m looking at the side by side and tell me, I didn’t take a bite at that point. That was just resting vertically from transport @ approximately 7:41pm on February 27th 2024.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely awful experience, staff was down right rude and our food was legit just thrown in the bags/boxes. Most of the sauce packets were open and squashed, they didn’t give us complete meals even though we ordered meals, and they purposely made the sandwich my husband asked for wrong because he asked why they were being so rude.
So disappointing, definitely wouldn’t expect this on a military base.
