If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely awful experience, staff was down right rude and our food was legit just thrown in the bags/boxes. Most of the sauce packets were open and squashed, they didn’t give us complete meals even though we ordered meals, and they purposely made the sandwich my husband asked for wrong because he asked why they were being so rude.

Usually get KFC here and the food is pretty decent. My biggest complaint would be the drive through worker. A younger girl working the window has been the rudest person I’ve seen in a while in fast food. No one is making you work, their management team really needs to work on customer service. Multiple times she has given attitude for simple questions and almost tosses you the food

I rarely leave bad reviews but this place takes the cake on everything. They’re always out of things. I’ve worked in fast food for years and this would be unacceptable for how many times and items they are always out of. Then many of their employees are rude for absolutely no reason. I’m always respectful until given reason not to be. The attitudes they give are atrocious and today is the first time I’ve given back what they were giving. They just need to close this location it’s slow, poor service, and never have anything.

Gave half if not a fourth full bowls of sides. I payed 50$ for the family meal and it doesn’t even feed the family. That’s some real disrespect especially when feeding soldiers. I ordered Mac and cheese, corn and mashed potatoes and gravy. Gave the sides to the kids and we were left without. Do better.

The ladies here are rude as hell. Always making faces while ordering…. Always forgetting something then when they are confronted they want to act like you did something wrong. Don’t recommend it here….

I ordered 12 piece and got 8. They forgot my biscuits. They never answered to phone for me to tell them. My chicken looked like it was left over from someone’s plate. Pieces came without skin. It was nasty.

We got both KFC and Taco Bell. Our tacos were placed upside down in the bag. Chips were at the bottom with all the other food on top. Did not get entire order. We had to return to get remaining food and drinks. Food was soggy and sloppy.
