With the new manager at KFC the service has gotten so much better. The store is cleaner and friendly. We love going and eating there. The employees also look much happier.

I’ve tried to give the KFC in Murray a fair chance, but my last three visits have all been disappointing. Last night was especially bad — we ordered food to go, and both the coleslaw and mac & cheese had a hair in them. My chicken strips were so tough they couldn’t be eaten, and the bucket of dark meat chicken was so greasy it was literally dripping. This locations quality and care have really gone downhill. I won’t be returning unless major improvements are made in food preparation and cleanliness.

7pm on a weekend and has barely 2 people running the store. Food took more than 30 minutes. Really disappointing to also see no gloves being used and no hand washing when running between the different food stations while itching his beard inbetween for added measure.

Food was overcooked and overpriced. Slaw was perfect. 3 piece tenders 9.49 without tax, smallest portion I’ve ever been served usually I can’t eat 2 , 3 piece meal orginal but should of been crispy for how over cooked it was w/ 2 sides 12.59.

Do you see what I was given why don’t I have a full fry, it’s like some one ate what they wanted and gave me the leftovers. T.J. was the employee who served me and at first add my food to a tray for dining in and when I explained it was takeout T.J didn’t seem to have a problem with it. T.J. was pleasant and it REALLY surprised me that my meal was so incomplete.

Made a mobile order ahead of time but still had to wait 17 minutes for a small order (no pot pies either). Then the food was all burnt- wings and nuggets. The wedges were cold and they forgot the cole slaw. Everytime we have given them a try the food and experience has been worse than the time before so that will be our last attempt.

Terrible meal for the price! I use to love KFC, but Murray has ALWAYS had a crappy KFC! The chicken tasted old, slaw was warm, & mac & cheese cold. This has happened on our past 2 orders. Will go back to Popeye’s for much better chicken, but still over priced!

We came in 2 hours before closing, an employee was mopping but mostly just throwing water around on the floor in the dining area. They didn’t come to the register to take our order, instead told us to use the personal kiosk that we weren’t familiar with. We made 3 separate orders, waiting 15 minutes for chicken tenders and basic sides, and they put all of our food in one bag instead of our 3 separate bags for each order. No apologies, no updates on how long our food would take. Employees on phones and with airpods in just standing around while we were waiting for food.
